Hi. Totally new to all this so looking for a bit of help. Very intrested in purchasing one of these Jap super cars but can't really deside if I should go for the Nissan Twin Turbo ( unmolested) or the Mit 3000 GTO :confused: What say you!

Hi All... Just had a new cobra alarm fitted this week, and am now thinking of a Greddy turbo timer and harness... But will the immobiliser cut the engine after I have removed the key from the ignition and locked it and walked away? Cos it uses fuel and ignition cuts, and it auto arms anyway after about a minute with the key out.

How much prep work is involved in fitting the standard replacement boot spoiler from the Zcentre? Is it just a case of spraying it and sticking it on or is there more to it? I can't be arsed at the moment with too much filling and messing around trying to get it on.

Does anyone know if a Zorst on a 90-H uk TT Will fit a 92 uk TT as Duncan is selling his as he just got MAXSUNNYs ? Don't want to go all the way to Lincoln if it aint goin to fit. :dance:

I think someone was selling these on ebay a while ago - but does anyone know where i can get the kit ? I did put an ad in the wanted section, but got no reply ! Thanks for any help - Mike :hurl:

Hi Pop-pickers, Asked for some advice the other day on the resolution of a camber angle problem on my 300. And was kindly replied to by Legarth and Gio as to a few options. One from Z Centre and the other from Courtesy in the US. Just wondering if anyone has used these parts and could give me some sort of recommendation, or not as the case may be on how well they have performed once fitted? Cheers.

Guys, last question of the day! Ok....now my turbs are on 124k now and wanted to decat originally but due to the risk of turb seals going due to the change in back pressure i havent done so. Anyway....soon i'll be doing the rear boxes and centres and only found out today that there is a secondary cat just behind the drivers seat (so i was told).....do you think if i got that removed but left the primary one in i would still run the risk of the seals goin? Best just to do the centres/bboxes? Cheers, Dan :cool:

Hi guys, I was originally gonna strip out the boxes and get an Apexi induction cone fitted as heard that was the best one to get. Question tho.....my Dad has a scooby and used to run a blitz induction cone, but due to a sensor in the airline getting dirty because of the cone letting in more sh@t than it should of, this caused idling probs. Wondering, does the ZX have a sensor in the air intake line somewhere and has anyone ever heard of fitting a cone induction causing a problem with the Z? Cheers. Dan :cool:

Hiya guys, thinking of going for the striped out racer look in my car. so i would be selling my two front seats but not the backs as i would keep them for when i come to sell the car. The two front seats are black leather in good condition with out any ripes or tears. Here's the best part they are both electric. so any ideas on a price or if any one would be intressed in buying them ??? i wouldnt be looking to sell them for about 4-6 weeks untill i can aford my new seats. any info from all you petrol heads would great thanks guys.

Had my car parked up for 2 weeks with the battery dis-connected. Went out last night and it was rough as old nails. a. She went into Saftey boost first time i booted up the turbo's b. Put he in Sport mode and she redlined in 1st and would not change to 2nd till i took my foot off the gas. c. Engine tapping noise so loud i thought there was something under my hood with a hammer. I know when you the ecu is reset it take some time get back to running how it was, but are these normal symptoms?

Has anyone on here tried setting up a xbox to run through a network card on the pc to access the internet? Now i have bt broadband, I have tried setting it up automatically but it doesn't work and i have also tried setting it up manually but i am unclear as to what ip addresses, dns address and gateway addresses etc to use. On the LAN status it says it is sending packets to the xbox but not recieving anything back. So far it is connected fine, sees the xbox and is sending stuff to the xbox. It just can't recieve anything back. :headvswal Thanks, Stu.

I heard a rumour that there was some weights in the tailgate to counter balance the wiper motor or something? Has anyone removed these? If so where are they mounted (obviously behind the plastic trims). Does anyone also have any pics of these? Ivan

My current car... Honda DelSol .... that im getting rid of.... had an after market option to have a glass roof. I was wondering if anyone produces such a thing for the Targa 300's... either for the SWB or LWB..... And/Or if anyone makes "oem" replacements for the SWB/LWB... Anyone? :rolleyes: (I have a quick search of the forum, but couldn't find anything)

i am thinking of putting de-cats on my ztt, some people say not to some say will do no harm, only bad point i have heard is that i should get the rear seals on the turbos checked first, is this true, can any one help????? :

I'm confused! It does not do it all the time, i can only hear it at slow speeds when wobble the steering wheel. I can't see anything making contact with the wheel, could it be the Wheel bearing even though it is not always there? :confused: :confused:

Some of you may know that on my way to and from the Midlands Meet on sunday my steering wheel was shaking gently from side to side at around 30mph but at 50+ the whole car felt like it was shaking apart and Ive never felt shaking so bad on the steering wheel felt like I was holding a bloody power tool :confused: no rude comments plesse this is a public forum :D well I was thinking something like shocks or the balancers had come off the wheel.. Id just like to tell anyone if they ever get symptoms like this do not drive your car stop and check your wheels by taking them off.. I took it to the wheel place thinking it would be something like above anyway ch…
