Hi Guys  I have bought the bits and peices and am now wonderingif I should send her into a garage or do the following myself: 1) Change discs and pads 2) Remove gear oil tank, clean and refill 3) Fit new fuel lines and filter 4) Full brake bleed and fluid change 5) Stainless steel brake hoses I could do all the above easy on my other car, but feel a bit intimidated by the zed :( I also noticed that the brake bleed needs another part to be emptied besides the calipers, I have never done that before and dont know where it is on the zed. To make matters worse I have the ferrari replica wheels and dont even know how to take …

At the risk of looking stupid , is there any chance of the powers that be putting up a list of what all the abbreviations that are used in the posts mean , for the uninitiated ? I mean the likes of nos , cas etc...some I can figure out , but the others mean nothing , unless I do a long and boring search through all the posts , which is a bit of a pain . A simple list of abbreviations and their meanings would be most helpful for the technically challenged amongst us  Just a thought , and if there is one already ...."Must pay more attention "

I have been searching for this answer but cant seem to find the info I want. I am going to fit a autogauge smoked oil pressure gauge, the option on fitting the autogauge sender are to put it in the bolt hole above the oil filter though i hear a elbow is needed for this fitment, fit a sandwich plate or go for a direct replacement in the OEM fitting hole. Does anyone knoe what thread sizes are in the bolt hole above the filter and the thread size on the oem sender unit so I can souce adaptors if necessary. Many thanks

My speedo seems to have gone and got a mind of its own. Doesnt normally work, then does. Seems to work at faster speeds more often than slower ones. Gets to 120kph and stops there. Takes ages to return to 0, if it has decided not to just stay at 120kph. The speed chime works even when the speedo isnt. My car has no conversion thingy and is a j-spec auto. Was working fine untill i didnt use the car for a few monts.

Hi guys, this is probably a stupid question, What does a HICAS eliminator do? Would it be a solution to turning this bloody light off? I know why its coming on now, my speedo doesn't work, but have no clue how to fix that either! From what i read, this HICAS system is crap anyhow!

Need help in replacing my stock auto shifter stick with another one (this one is leather from a series 2). I had a crash course from Chunk but have totally forgotten what was said as I was high on coke (no, I meant coca cola, Chunk please vouch for me). Now what is the easiest and painless way to do this ? Would it be asking too much for a do it yourself step by step instruction ? Thanking you all in advance for being a pain.

The following was posted by wez (thanks dude) back in May last year: "Replacing The Horns Just done this job may save a few of you the hassle Tools axle stands or ramps WD40 10mm socket 1) Put the front of the car by ramps or axle stands as you will be working from underneath. 2)Remove the middle protective panel that is held in place by 10mm bolts and nuts. These may need a bit of WD as a few of my ones have broke 3)Once this panel is removed you can see both horns ,disconnect the wire(+) from the horn .Then undo the 10mm nut from the back job done. 4)The new horns where put back in with a new earth strap ,then replaced everthing as befor…
