I have noticed a split in my standard lower front bumper only about 3" long but still bugs me, so whats the best stuff I could use to bond the 2 parts together again, fill and spray over?? Luckily its the stone chip effect stuff which is just standard black. The crack appeared since I lent my Z to my ex manager to impress some lady friend in :xxx: But he denied it.

Hi guys, I have baught a goodridge brake hose kit, fits fine at teh calliper end, however the car (brake pipe end) is the wrong thread, any one else had any issues??

My passenger side front seems to hang about 2-3cm lower than the drivers side.My car has been been lowered at some point and i found these shocks (see pic of rear unit) GAB "shock asborbers for hard suspension,made in Japan by Wings" what are they and what will happen if i turn the knob on them?I dont know if the front has got this knob on them. Has this got anything to do with ride height or is it because the the spring might be on its way out? Thanks in advance

Hi Guys. I hope someone can help me? I own a UK spec TT. I know it has DIP-Dim headlights. I am about to fit HIDs for dipped & high beam. But, i have been told i need to disable the dip-dim circuit! Can anyone tell me how i do this? I know where the dip dim box is. I was told by Luke Borg you need to disable it, but would not tell how? Can anyone tell me which wires? Or whether i can just unplug the box? A lot of people selling HID's, but no one can tell me correct install. :headvswal Regards Kev

I have an HKS boost gauge which goes from 0 to 1.5. When I floor my car the gauge goes to about .6 The in dash turbo gauge reads from -7 to +7 and when I floor the car it goes almost all the way to +7. Is there a problem. Should the HKS boost gauge go higher. My car has an apexi induction kit and a stainless steel exhaust with megaphone pipes. Thanks Konrad

had to happen after 3 trouble free zed years ..went out last night no problems ,started her up this morning and its not running well at all sounds like its only on 4 cyliders ....WTF ??? any ideas people ......what could have happened overnight ?? gutted my daily driver is not driving :confused: :( :cry:

My car has been at Anglia Engine Services for the past 2 months having a recon engine fitted and recon turbos. For the past 3 weeks its been little things like a gasket here, an engine mount there, and then the oil cooler was clogged up. Well, now the oil coolers been replaced and there were taking it for a test run when the engine management light apparently came on and they say its only running on 3 cylinders. They tell me they are gonna have a look today. As any one got any ideas what they should be looking for? Whats likely to have caused this? What you can do to sort it? I want to have some ideas of my own to throw at them becuase Im losing confidence in there abili…

I've got a silver HKS turbo timer type 1. I've connected the speed and rpm wire to the ecu. The speed shows up on the timer. But not the rpm. Nada. I remember it said something about a digital signal in the instalation manual and a part needed??

did the boots on the steering rack over the last two days (due to the weather being pooo 3 hours work total) and looking at my shocks it seems i have KYB CLIMB GEAR shocks and springs non adjustables. i wondered why the car handled so controlled when i get the back end out LOL (JOKE) anybody got any info spec on these as i have found very little. cheers gaz

Sorry if it's been asked a loads of times before but I'm new. Seen a set of 19s that I want and I just want to check the fitment, they're an 8.5" wide front (I know they will fit) but a 10" rear (concerned) also the offset is 32mm and I'm just not sure if they will go on without having to mod the arches. They are on 235/35 fronts and 265/30 rears. Help please.

hi guys, iam about to order some new scuttle panels from the z centre,but when i looked at the old ones,i noticed that there's a small rubber, i gather seal , that goes between the scuttle panel and the windscreen,unfortunatly the one on the passenger side is missing,firstly has anyone bought new ones and do they come with the new seal?or if not ,can i buy the seal seperately,if so is it only from nissan?cheers guys for your help in advance.

Hi bods! As part of the 60K service i'm doing the cam seals, or attempting! The seals are well and truly stuck. I've tried heating them, wd40, seal pullers (home made and bought) and now i'm stumped! They seem to be melted in place either that or the guy who do it last glued em in! :mac1: I think i'm gonna have to start stripping the engine down, but before i do does anyone have any ideas? Have no pics ATM but it's the intake cam seals i'm doing. Help much appreciated Cheers Pete
