Hi there, My driver's side window has stopped working. Could anyone tell me where the fuse is for this please? I've found the fuse for the passenger side (but that works) - is there one for the drivers side? I hope it's not the window motor (again) Thanks Mr Pink

I have heard a lot of great things about Leon at Alunox making exhausts. My car is still at the garage having bits and pieces done to it - it will need a new exhaust for the MOT as the old one is corroded. Since Leon must have done a lot of JDM SWB TT exhausts anyone know if it will be possible to supply an exhaust to the correct measurements which can then be fitted at my garage - or does the skill come in fitting the exhaust to my particular Zed (which will mean having it transported to Alunox as the MOT has run out!) Any ideas peeps?

How easy is it to do this? Having spoken to Phil the zed is in worse shape now. The rear archs are gonners. So with that said I want to fit a wife arch kit. Is this easy enough to do? Will also be buying a front bumper (more than likely the scarab from zcentre), are these easy enough to put on?

I've De-spoilered the Z (the foam type on the S1) and need to fix the perspex strip onto the tailgate, so although it will be fixed to the back by the clips it will still rattle around so i need to know what the stuff is i need to "glue" the strip on? I'm sure it's a black substance that comes in a yellow tube but i could be wrong.

Just put new discs on the rear of my zed, preperation for mot as the cars been of the road now for a while, anyway doing the discs themselves was straight forward enough, i have to install new pads aswell, never tried this before, read a few guides on the proceedure, is it really necessary to replace all the shims etc.... can i not just slide the new pads in??? and also noticed that the inboard pads have less wear on them than the wheel side, are the pistons seized???? Oh and another thing anyone got BMC cap floating around?? cheers all.

Right. Seen one advertised. BUT, how the heck do I tell if it's genuine or a mock-up short of taking it apart? (Garage would not be a fan). read an archive file on here which seemed to suggest a few points but also said specs could vary so gauges/interior/stickers were not always reliable! :wack: however, it has engine-bay plaque, badges and bodykit & exhaust looks correct, wheels aren't, but IMHO how many Z's have original (even special edition) wheels???

Does anyone know anyone in the Nottingham area who will pass my Z through an MOT with dark tinted rear lights and an "illegally spaced" number plate (although completely legible)? It is due soon and need to get it sorted if not. Thanks

http://www.alloywheelrepairs.net Reason I ask is that one of my front wheels has developed a slight flat spot on the inner part of the rim. Not noticable from the outside, but I am getting mild vibration around 70mph through the wheel and is difficult now to balance. Because my wheels are forged not the cheaper cast type, the flat spot can be rolled out quite successfully. The guy I spoke to here says it's an easy job on my rims, especially where the deformity is. Just wondering if anyone's used them? The guy that refurbished my rims doesn't have the facility to go into that detail with them unfortunately. So found these guys on the internet. Seem…
