Just been watching Police Intercepters on FIVER, and there was a Silver Z at a petrol station in Essex. Reg was blanked off???

I have just brought my 300zx and have no heating i have found out the the heater matrix has been by passed so suggests a fault. I am asking for help as i have no clue how to replace one nor do i have the tools or the knowloge on how to as i am usless at cars if you know what i mean. I was wondering if there was another 300zx owner in my area or with in 30 miles which could supply the part or even fit it for me if i got one myself i would pay the person for there time. Thank you

Have just been offered a H reg uk TT, 1 owner from new with 46,000 miles on clock but it has sat in a dry garage for over 6 years, is the engine likely to be ok or should i be a bit wary. Its a manual Paul

checked the wipers today and the linkages are all ok so im guessing it must be the motor that is away cant here it going when they are turned on. how do i romove this?

What needs to be done by me, what will the bodyshop do? How can I keep the costs down, but still get a factory quality finish? what is painted off the car? bonnet, doors, tailgate etc? who has the best reputation for this type of work? remember I am based in the midlands..

i keep getting a wet maf due to living in norfolk would this stop this and will it restrick airflow to much ???

just bought a 91 300zx (uk spec),someone broke into it and cut wires.the car starts with the key but when ignition turned off the car still runs,i currently have it wired up to a switch to solve this.main problem is that there seems to be a constant feed from battery as it wont stay charged.car is at autosparks at mo but even he cant solve this without a wiring diagram.can anyone help please.cheers

Hey all Well after almost a year and a half of being in and out of the garage I finally got it out on track for a shakedown. Brands today :dance: Its running 410fwhp and 400ftlb torque according to the dyno. I'm guessing about 360 at the rear wheels. Was very tentative on the first couple of laps and took it very steady but slowly got used to the track and started to put my foot down. I have a long way to go before I get to understand where the break points are but i was really impressed. Grip was huge I dont think I got it out of shape at anytime except when I was a bit clunky with the steering. Going through surtees and into mclaren the car really…

Stereotypes that 300zx owners face? I can imagine that many must associate Z owners with the boy racer crowds. Although it seems that the majority of the members of this forum seem to be well over the boy racer age group (no offence!). If there is a common conception that Z owners are boy racers, then does this make life harder when it comes to dealings with the fuzz? I know that generally the police don't cut any slack for boy racers, but how do the police handle situations when it comes to Z owners? When I had the 330, I never had any trouble with police and never got stopped at any time during my ownership of that car. However, in my opinion the Z looks a bit mor…

Hi all, Ive fitted my Stillen front and rear anti-roll bars today and was wondering as i didnt get any instructions. On the drop links do you do the nuts up as tight as possible so the bush has compressed ? I dont want to do them up to tight and they split. Cheers Dan
