This is true, I wonder what R&D is done before selling these? 2D would be the ideal edge distance but maybe not required based on the load paths that znut mentioned.

7075 T6 is the perfect material for the job, it's mechanical properties are spot on but it's very costly!

I popped along to this with the kids on the way back from an afternoon at Southend. Some nice cars there although no 300's... There was a tasty blue 240 flying the flag for the zclub

Many have had no problems with sandwich plates but I had one that dumped a job lot of new oil on the floor at startup! Use with caution and have a drip tray ready when you leak check on first start...

V nice wheels matey. I'd say those rear arches have definitely had a slight pull/flare...Zed ready but sold my tickets!Very nice, look forward to seeing those puppies fitted...I just put some up for sale if you're still interested, £20.
