  1. I have to do a 3 point turn to get round the M25...
  2. I spy with my little eye, some lovely new wheels that we're yet to see pics of!!
  3. Got some reclaimed wood from a local timber yard and knocked up some ramps. It was slightly more 'reclaimed' than I hoped to be honest as a good 30% of it was spilt beyond use, more than half of it was warped and twisted and all of it was a mixture of widths in and around 9" but I made it work! Should help a fair bit as jacking can be a right pain in the hoop on my driveway...
  4. Happy birthday Dave :-)
  5. To be honest, it will probably never be finished... It won't look any different to how it's looked the last 7 years! It's always just improvements under the surface :-)
  6. Welcome back buddy :-)
  7. That engine let you down right? If be pretty peeved if my engine build only lasted me 15k miles...
  8. I also wired in some RCA leads for an inevitable swap back to a head unit in the near future. Extracted the studs from the 4 sheared bolts that hold the bottom of the front wings down! And gave it a quick sponge over as it had about 4" of dust gathered all over.

  10. After finishing phase 1 of my underseal/cavity wax last week, I thought I'd crack on with the boot and slap in some sound deadening I've had lying around for a while... Position the false floor and neoprene sub damping mat ready to drill and mount: Then position bit and bobs to mark up mounting holes for inserts: Before I put it back in the garage I taped my spoiler on for a quick test fit and to stop the bloody thing from attacking me every time i move! I keep moving it around out of the way but is always in the way!! A fairly constructive day...

  16. Haha! Sounds lovely that Mark, lots if time and money under that 'hood'. Lets have a peek at them new rims... ;-)

  18. Here are mine as an example: 19x8.5 ET22 225/35-19 19x9.5 ET25 255/30-19 Armed with these numbers we can give you a very good idea of what the fitment will be like.
  19. Lads, the tyre sizes mean nothing without knowing the widths and offsets of the wheels. Quoting a wheel fits because it has 245/30/19 for example could be very inaccurate...
  20. What width are the wheels?
  21. Never heard this before...
  22. Going from 10w50 pro s to 5w40 pro s really quietened my top end down... But then my crank seal started seeping, Doh!
  23. +1 if you're including the dash and top of the door cards too?
