Security
Pop the bonnet, remove the small plastic cover behind the drivers side suspension turret, pull the fuse nearest the engine, put the cover back on, shut the bonnet, lock it up and walk away. Fuel pump fuse, will stop anyone driving it away at least!

25th Anniversary meet - Action required
Many apologies for the late notice but I will not be bringing my 300 to the anniversary meet, so my place can be opened up to the reserve list :( Reason being? (Fairly long story!) I had been waiting for my painter to free up a slot for well over a year and eventually decided to bite the bullet and shop around. After much deliberation/consultation with Bodymech I had settled on the job being done at custom exotics (as they're local), but having not heard from them for even a rough date/slot as the weeks and months roll past I decided to once again search for a different bodyshop. I have since been very impressed with another local outfit who's approach to the whole thing has been very different to many others. I decided to book it in at the earliest opportunity and have a confirmed slot on the 29th July. I initially planned to strip it down after the Coventry show but with work and other commitments I will take advantage of the time available in the coming days leading up to the 19th and get started on the stripping to avoid any possibility of delaying what I have been trying to achieve for a considerable amount of time! I will still attend the show as a "civilian" and am gutted to miss out the involvement of this one-off event but nevertheless I look forward to seeing the cars in all their glory and meeting new faces. Joel.

Shame to see someone having to announce this sort of thing. I do hope you're not cutting your nose off to spite your face, but either way, good luck in your future ventures.

what colour for my wheels...
Those Rays 57D wheels are my new #1 wheel of choice. I've been looking at these for a while now but unfortunately they don't come in 19's :( I won't vote on a colour as you have already expressed your disliking to silvers!

There seems to be a theme lately (MOT Today)
Ah man, at least after the repairs, you can treat it all to a good cavity waxing and store it in a dry garage knowing it will last as long as you need it to.

If it doesn't match, don't accept it. Make sure they get it right.
