  1. Welcome back dude. Look forward to following the progress, it sounds like this Z is in the right hands. [emoji41]
  2. Not that I’ve ever seen. The battery box for the 300zx also doesn’t have the appropriate fixing points for that to clip to either. I can’t find the part in the Z32 parts catalogue but it shows up in an Almera catalogue.
  3. Thanks for sharing the pics chaps, look forward to getting out with you guys one day soon [emoji106]
  4. Good theme, I do love a night shot! [emoji41]
  5. Sadly, the 52nd issue will be the last. This pandemic has wiped out some great titles. [emoji26]
  6. I’m not sure if the auto/manual clusters used different part numbers and I have no idea which mine was removed from but my series 2 JDM doesn’t bong at 0mph. It does bong if I leave my key in the ignition or the lights on though. Stock JDM cars bong at 112kph (or thereaboutsI think) and mine did this when first imported but a replacement chip sorted that out. Do you have an aftermarket chip in yours, Ian?
  7. Ah I gotcha, so your display is in MPH but you’ve kept your total clocked distance in KMs. That’s not a bad shout I suppose! [emoji106]
  8. I’d much rather have my Z reliably display MPH within a nice UK cluster then worry about resale value of keeping a KPH version.
  9. Few years old that one now and I think it was published in 2017. I’ve been an Adrian Flux customer ever since with all my cars! [emoji28]
  10. Looking very nice fella, great job [emoji106]
  11. I’ve used them many times, one of the best vendors over there from my experience.
  12. Let’s find any conversation with IndianZX!
  13. I do like slick tops but I’d happily own any variant personally, maybe I’m easily pleased? [emoji2371] That said, I probably wouldn’t chose an N/A 2+2.
  14. I’d be working through the fuel pipes one by one Tony, your nose is your best tool here, getting sniffing around! Don’t forget the short one at the front of the rail.
  15. I disagree, the render of that 4000GT looks significantly different to the 400Z. Also, I think the Mitsubishi looks infinitely better, that’s what I’d buy!
  16. You can extend your search to anything first used before Aug 1995 because the 300ZX does not appear in the EGA database for emissions details. Refer attached screenshots from the current testing requirements [emoji106]
  17. Just to be clear here Pete, are you calling time and unbuilding the Z or the ZR? [emoji848]
  18. Welcome back to the fold James, she’s in good hands!
  19. For this type of job I usually put a small piece of masking tape over the open socket and then wedge the screw/bolt head in so it’s a nice tight fit from the tape.
  20. Great job [emoji106]
  21. Absolutely loving this build and the attention to detail, following. [emoji41]
  22. Is everyone enjoying their April section of the Z Club calendar? [emoji4]
  23. An absolutely perfect car to feature in this lineup, it looks amazing Gary and good call with the stock wheels [emoji41]
  24. Welcome to the club fella [emoji106]
