  1. I think I got the worst figures of the day for any car as my clutch was slipping like mad but I put it on the rollers anyway  Power - Wheels: 234.9 bhp Power - Engine: 192.3 bhp Torque: 339.4 lb ft So Phil's NA beat me LOL Was hoping for a 500bhp run too :(
  2. You might have a chipped ECU and SAFC like mine just to complicate matters - best of both worlds :D
  3. Not as impressive as mine! :D
  4. Welcome to Z ownership
  5. If it's been installed then presumably it's been set up already. Reset it to factory settings if you've already messed with it, that way you'll be back to whatever fueling is set in the ECU. If you go increasing the fueling all it will do is run rich and really bad. I'd leave well alone if I were you.
  6.

300 miles or 2.25 hours drive! LOL I got my exhaust done by JP Exhausts in Macclesfield and it's been on 5 years now still in great condition and nice and loud :D http://www.jpexhausts.co.uk

  19. Just tape them up and poke them back through the holes in the floor and forget about them :)
  20. You can download the manual from apexi's site but I wouldn't go messing with the settings it's pretty complex. It's to set up the fueling and if you go changing it without knowing exactly what you're doing you could quite easily destroy your engine :o I've got the series 2 version on mine. The power meter is probably OK but is dependant on you setting some information I think. I've got the Blitz Power Meter and on that you have to enter the cars weight like Andy said. It works out the power you are putting out from knowing how much power is required to accellerate a given weight in a set time. So if the car hasn't been weighed (with driver and average amount of fuel etc) and the correct figure put in then the reading will be wrong. Remanufactured ECU will mean it's been chipped in some way. Are there any tuning company logo's on it? You might have to open it up and see what's written on the ROM chip to find out. It's pulling back as it's hitting the boost limiter and dropping the boost so it doesn't overboost. There's usually a limit cut setting that sets how much it drops by when it hits the limit. If its set to cut too harshly then you'll notice it as pulling back like you're getting. It should really just drop back a bit so it's not noticeable as you're driving but so it stops the boost going too high.
  21. Never had a problem getting them off. I'd have thought a bang with a hammer at most would do it...
  22. I thought the manual was quicker to 60 (as you can do silly clutch destroying starts) but the auto beats it on to 100... Who knows, I can't be arsed checking but I know the 0-100 auto thing is definately a Z fact :) Also the auto is geared for 201mph if you have enough power but the manual will "only" get to 196 ish? All this is irrelevant as the auto box will die 6 months after you buy the car anyway
