  1. What a find! I've never seen that before and there's some very well know Z faces on there :) Peter R from SE Nissan (later Nisstek) - probably the best tuner in the UK ever for Z's. Andy "Elephant" before he fitted one of the first and most crazy wide arch kits to his white 600bhp Z. Peter R did the work on his car. Got a lot of ideas for my Z from that one :) Recognise the others but can't think of names right now.
  2. That's a gorgeous Z, I love the paint scheme :D
  3. LOL  She better buy a Z too then, my mum hates mine
  4. Rover 200? I used to have a 214 that i could drift sideways somehow :D LOL
  5. You're only jealous cos I've got the worlds most expensive Etch-a-sketch
  6. Did we miss something good? :D LOL
  7. My dad just got this kit delivered from this offer and I'm amazed. Don't know how they can afford to do it, the kit would cost you a fortune in the shops. Edit: Actually I think he subscribed and got a different kit to that. It's in a big red autoglym carry case and has about £45 of products in it :)
  8. I think she's seen enough of that :x: :x: :x:
  9. LOL tw@t! Only problem I had was a shredded fanbelt because the locking adjuster nut was missing and it kept coming loose. All part of the GPS service... New PCV's on the way now to stop the smoke, fingers crossed!
  10. Maybe ask the traders in the traders section? ;)
  11. Yes to both :) That's one of my favorite Z's ever and the only thing I've ever thought I'd change about it is the front panel back to a smooth one. I've had a couple of different ones on mine and gone back to smooth now, much prefer it. Like MarkZX says the only other nice one that goes with the lines of the Z is the Stillen.
  12. Yes straight past you in your Volvo!
  13. Bridgestones were very good but also very expensive. Fulda's were OK, cheap and lasted a long time. Yokohamas very grippy but wore out in no time. Falkens are still on but wearing well and plenty of grip and the cheapest I've ever had - Will definately have another set. I'm not sure ultimate grip really matters when you get to these widths, you have to be doing some crazy speeds before you start to lose grip in the dry with any of them! LOL
  14. I'm not usually into multi-spokes but they really do look awesome on that car :)
  15. LOL  I'm pretty sure those bolt straight on. Quite a few guys have put 350Z wheels on recently :) Here's a few posts from a quick SEARCH ;) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=86945 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=87683&highlight=350z+wheels http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=81085&highlight=350z+wheels I do like the GT wheels on the yellow 350Z :)

Some good pics there :) Shame I couldn't get the power down on the rollers but it sounded good slipping on the clutch

Looks like I've got a very hefty clutch on the way so I'll be arranging another RR meet to kick some ass! I might be up for the track day in a couple of months when I'm sorted. Oulton Park is only a couple of hours away and a very nice track so gets my thumbs up but probably a long way for the North East guys :)
  18. With the money it's going to cost to insure, you might as well just buy 2 Z's and keep one for when you write it off
  19. I like the comment below - "yea wartburg rulez" They don't really do they... Sounds like my old engine when I took the exhaust off and the big ends had gone LOL
  20. It sounds like an old program if its crashing/trying to run the 16 bit subsystem so maybe it's not really compatible or as above it's corrupt. Check if there's an updated version you can download?
  21. You really want the fuse cover back on as it could be a nightmare if water got in there. If you slacken off all the clips there's usually quite a bit of movement on the pipes if you wrench them about.
  22. Reminds me of when I called in at Quickfit for a quote after buying my wheels and asked how much for a pair of Bridgstones in 285/18 - £900.00  They did offer to match anyone elses price but I said I rather give someone else the business for an honest price! LOL I got these Falkens as end of range offers for £85 each online
  23. Well this was from yesterday with 295/18 Falkens on. I've had Bridgestones and Fuldas and they haven't looked much different. You might be interested to know that my tyres catch the arches over bumps too, and so do most other wide arch cars I know. Which arches have you got?
