changing oil on the weekend, keep a healthy Z :) 1) going to drain oil, and new filter, how many litres of oil do i put in? 2) where is the factory oil pressure sensor? want to plumb my GReddy gauge in, got a T piece, asume its by the oil filter somewhere??? and is the thread 1/8 NPT ? (most jap cars are)

170 miles to 50 quid. sensibly driven. thats what i get from my manual TT if you drive heavy you can really polute the earth if you want tho :D i was scetchy about getting one, due to fuel consumption. its not too bad, when you consider the engine. but im comparing that to a 1.8 Turbo (s13) what you drive now?

850 more rare, different kinda class car to the GTR and evo tho. wouldnt compare them, different league of car. 850 is a classy vehicle, GTR not. personally id have a GTR, but all depends on what you fancy. evo's are really quick for a 2 lirte tho!

id have a merc or BMW or lexus.. asume you get one for £19k ? iot have to be brand new for the finance etc yea? (obv or you could buy an R33 GTR or something lol)

what is Leatherette like then? look the part? i real fancy the interior in red, but dont want to spend £500 odd quid on leather! can you do seats with Leatherette also?

all the chip does is allow for fuel to go to the engine. will not increase the boost, you need boost jets or boost controller to do this.

what is detailed? is that when has something sprayed onit, so looks like its polished everytime you wash it?

i have the tweed. how much would it cost for the dash re-triming and the seats? doesnt have to be leather, leayther replica would do (if there is such a thing) there are a few on here, i love red leather on a black Z :hyper:

PS there are 2 wires that go off the reverse bulbs, green and a black one, asume this connects to the gear selector somewhere?

reverse lights not working, there are 2 bulbs, but one has been changed to a red bulb, and theres a manual switch for it, used as a fog light. however the other bulb doesnt light up? (i have checked the bulb) do you need reverse lights for MOT? as the car had 11 months MOT when i got it, so unsure if was working then?

can see no pipe lingering in the bay? so im ok to just block off then yea?

turned my car off, and could hear a hissing for about a second after. i opened the bonnet while engine was running, and could hear a air leak. is this on the Z standard? or has someone added it to the intake plenum? (its only on the right side) looks like theres a pipe thats come off it? can i just block this up? or should it be going to something? on my S13 there was something similar, i was able to plug my boost gauge into it??

no one? ok il remove the intercooler pipes, see what the standard Z intake looks like, and see if can make a metal one :)

if you remove the Hot & Cold intercooler pipes, id imagine you can see the Plastic/rubber intake pipe (the one that goes from the Air filter to the turbo) aka elephant trunk fancy replacing with metal pipe, improves the sound when you have air filter & no dv. pigeon noise. think itd be a bit difficult to get metal ones at the front T piece, ont the air filter. so just be replacing the pipe from turbo to filter T piece. anyone done? quite popular on Silvia/200

Jap use the Kg/cm2 way, we like PSI :) http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/pressure 1 KG/cm2 is about 15 PSI.

tiz only slighlty, asume itl get a lot worse, then go. dont want a suprise!
