Ive done this on mine but not ideal it will crack the paint , not seen it with the car being driven though ,ive used a baseball bat or scafolding bar before .Arch enemey do a good job on this with a arch roller .But if you want a flare as i do the rear quater will need painting.Machines orange pentroof zed has a nice flare /roll going on.Its possible to fit 10 inch wheels with lower offsets than standard with a arch pull and flare on the rear.

T and M auto electreics whitehall industrail estate colchester essex ,not sure if they will come to you .But they are very good with jap cars, electrics etc.

I think the donar car need tax as well to transfer plate .

Hicas lock bar wont fix the problem you still need the arms ,the lock bar just replaces the rack.To fit new arms take both split pins out of nuts and undo nut, break joint with ball joint breaker undo both rack gaiters und undo big 32 mm nut under gaiter whille holding the other side nut 32mm .Locktite the threads and fit new arms .Rear track will need to be reset as well.

The japs call them blow off valves.

Jdm 200sx have hicas as well.

I would avoid any cheap or unbranded suspension parts .These parts are made in the far east and copied from people like tein etc with cheap materials and bearings especaily avoid rear upper arms /toe arms/traction arms with grease nipples for the rose joints .Ive seen these cheap arms in lots of diffrent colours some uk companys paint them a diffrent colour and brand them as there own .

Looks like a made in china for about 50p job , id go for a jap branded one hks /blitz/greddy/apexi .

Make sure you get the wright cills swb are shorter ,i take it its a 2x2 uk car thought.

I take it the rear bumpers are for SWB only as all the pics are swb models.

Blitz acess ecu im told is a very good jap product but i think it has the same problems as the mines ecu as its mapped for high octane jap fuel 100 + ron .I think the jim wolf tec ecu is american and and mapped a bit safer for uk fuel.

Theres a nice swb zed on ebay for sale in my home town colchester essex on ebay dont know how to link to it could be a good buy for someone .It has lots of good bits, advan wheels etc its a blue colour ,swb reg plate too.Can any one link too it . ;)

I always pull the fuel pump fused link [green in fuse box under bonnet and turn over for a bit then put back in ]I normally do this when coming back off hoilday or been standing for a long period.

Will cosworth uk not make them to JUN spec in the UK.Is it not worth speaking to cosworth techincal dept in the uk.

Cosworth make the pistons for JUN.

Arnt zed rods forged items anyway .Im sure standard pistons will take 500 bhp aslong as the mapping is spot on [no dett],maybe an APEXI power fc from a RB engine modified wirring to fit the z32 ecu plug ive been told it can be done.

Fuel pump getting tired or coilpack or packs breaking down maybe.

That ad says 5 stud i recon they are 10" rear and 9" front .The wheels need to be measured with tyre off from the inside of the tyre bead [rim].If the offset are 35 ish and you change the rear tyre to 265 or 255 they stand a good chance to fit .Just looked at ad again does he mean they are 5x100pcd .

You souldnt get saftey boost with controller turned off you should get factory actuactor boost pressure .Have you checked pipes to actuactors and boost controler ,one may be split this can cause overboosting.

Good does that mean ive got the only other swb slicktop manual tt in the orignal nissan pearl glow yellow eh7 .Does anyone know anymore in the uk.

They dont look like a jap made exhaust ,they do look like a custom job . :cool:

Denso also make hks plugs as well.

I just told my insurance company it was a second car they didnt ask any questions.I am on the insurance on my wifes focus but use the zed as my main car.
