Dont know if lots of people buy this but when it says on the back of bottle raises octane level 2 points or whatever .This actually means 0.2 so if you buy tescos super 99 ron this wont be 101 octane it will be 99.2.

Been looking to get de cat pipes on my swb tt .Is there a diffrence between swb and lwb .also seen loads on ebay megan racing and others are these any good they seem too cheap [ebay toot].what make is the best quality .TRUST dont list them .thanks taff

:dance: Does anybody know what spec this ecu is.Its a mines ones with a gold plate on it and No.9904500 the car is a tt manual jap import .Ive heard mines twin turbo refer to his ecu as a light tune is this the same .Lots off other numbers on it as well.A18 00M04K 2371M41PO3 /0705 . Anybody know cant find any info on the net thanks taff. :dance:

my swb tt manual slicktop has a mines ecu fitted in japan on it .I found it the other week i didnt know it was fitted nor did the importers i brought it from .I run 99 ron tesco super all the time no problem.Ive been told these ecus are one of the best u can get for a Z. More are fitted in japan than any other atfer market ecu .Also in japan these ecus are cheap options to be used as a speed de limeter only 112 mph.Mine only had cat back exhaust only standard air box and standard boost.

I think standard ones are silcone filled.

Easy way out of this is to fit whiteline pineapplles .As long as the orginal bushes arent too knackerd these will clamp up hard against the standard ones 1 hr to fit easy to fit £50 demon tweeks . :dance:

Mine has stopped working this is a genuine nissan dealer optoin jap market job.Side lights still work so not a fuse there is a relay looking box clamped behind on one of the bolts holding back panel to car which i think maybe a transformer as the back lit green 300zx logo might be LED lit.This has a part number on ,could be has to get.Anyone had this problem thanks taff :bow:

l I brought a 2 pin bulb from nissan in the end after searching halfords and every motorfactor in town, and them looking at the bulb blankly . £22 next day del .But now its brighter than the other side.Headlights are rubbish on my z i had to use front fogs the other nite just to see,reflectors look fine. :bow:

I get this mate only on drivers side when braking hard .There are little non return valves on both up near the jet i tried swapping these around but still the same so sorry cant help . :dance:

No its pearl yellow mate I understand swb tt slicktops are rare in the uk be it manual or auto.Do you know of any other ones . Thanks for info guys.I also found info about jdm cars having a 1.5" inch restrictor fitted before the cat not found on us market or european cars.Is this a power restricter to keep jap cars hp down to the argrement with jap car manufacurers of 280 bhp. thanks taff

Ive just fitted a hks spf filter to my tt swb Z.Since then i have Seen a twin filter set up and various other makes.Can any body tell me the advatage or disavantage of this set up please thanks taff.

I just had a cambelt changed on my new 300zx tt swb manual slicktop they charged me £82 each for the idlers because they said they where noisey. And are only avalible from ADL [blueprint] or nissan. ADL out off stock so nissan supplied. total cost £550 this includes all aux belts thermosat .Is this right. water pump was new .tensoiner ok . thanks taff
