Does anybody know what power rating the nissan el panel needs to light.thanks taff :bow:

This light wont be visable inside the ashtry when closed .The idea is to see the light is on so you dont drive around for weeks with rear fogs on.Mines been drilled into console near gearstick.Also my converted reverse light appears pink even with a red bulb in.

I think mine must be a trust sp the tail pipes look the same as the one on ebay it says 4" tail pipes .Measured mine and there 5" tailpipes these 4" might be quieter .Mine is not too noisey probably because cats are still in.

I have a trust cat back system one my swb dont know what type it is polished stainless twin 5" rear boxes with trust engraved on under side of boxes and a jasma plate on it .

Mine is a standard nissan green el panel tried nissan for inverter and they told me they cannot get part numbers for jdm dealer options.Has anyone got a old one mine just has japanese writing on and a few numbers witch mean nothing to nissan parts man. :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

yes mate ill let you know im geting pissed off with this rear panel now.

Orderd part no 267 8857 just orderd another one £25 .Some one on the board is runing a el panel with this inverter at the moment user name kierash.Do you know how much that part no you list is mate.

it was a jdm market only factory option but was expensive in japan and not many cars had them fitted.

no colours on inverter just 4 spikes on the back to solder onto there is a live an a earth from the rear lights found out witch was what and just connected round the wrong way and smoked inverter . :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

Orderd a inverter from from rs components to power the the back lit panel the factory one witch decided to stop working .But wired live and earth the wrong way round and killed it burnt out it had dodgey instuctions on sticker on top saying veiw other way round have had to order another one *****cks. :headvswal

Does that mean yellow pearl was only avalible in the 2 seater.

Just looked on ebay search 300zx and saw a couple of people trying to sell the rubber coated nissan 300zx gun key saying its mega rare it not its cheap at any local nissan dealer i have a blank one . the rare one is the titinium one that you got from new on certain years then they discontued is rare .A place in the states got these keys replicated at the cost of $200 and only 200 made i think each un cut .I hate these ebay cowboys.

SE NISSAN fitted a tt engine and converted it to manual once into a convertable dont know if its still about.

Blueprint [ADL] do tensioners and idlers for the 300zx half the price of nissan and the same quality jap made.

I have sr recaro i want to fit its bottom mount ive been told by demontweeks that recaro dont list a seat rail for the 300zx .I know the do sell them ive seen them , maybe in japan only .bride do a rail for the 300 as well.

what offset on the rear mate they must be fairly high et +30 to +40 have you got standard arches on the rear .

these offsets are are bit low mate i think you will just about get away with the front i run 8" on the front with a 25mm and a 6mm slip on spacer with a 35 offset wheel thats makes it a +4 offset the wheel sticks out a bit but could come out more.i run 9" on the rear with a 20mm spacer with a 35 offset wheel that makes it +15 and they are flush with arch a have a slight roll on the inside of arch to stop them rubbing .i think you are going to need an arch roll and probably a arch flare .Flares involve pulling arch out and normally cracks the paint .see getgreddys sig pic of red drift car rear arches that is a flare .if you can get them to fit they will look cool drift look maybe strech a smaller tire size on to help clearance 235 .if you stuggle with the rear use adjustable rear upper arms to camber the wheel into the arch good luck mate i would like to see a pic then fitted.

Any one got gauges in glove box.Ive seen these in 200sxs but not 300s hks did make a custom panel .I rang sumo power today and they said they are discontiued .Apart from making one anyone seen anything like this for sale. :bow:

Seen these advertised on apex performance ad in banzai £43 will this work on twin turbo cars .I think this is a new product has anybody got one or seen one ive been told these are very good jap made bleed valves with no boost spikes thanks taff.

Probably possible as well as being shorter 2x2 has petrol tank at the rear swb has tank behind front seats the floor might be diffrent underneath but not sure.

I have the orginal red fairlady z sports jap brochure witch shows factory option pics fairlady mats\300zx rear window logo/300zx rear quater logos/rear splats/backlit rear panel/ski bars on roof/sony cd etc.these are fairly rare.

cant split top half and bottom half on reverse lights because on bulb lights top and bottom there is no divider.thought about doing that to mine.
