Overheating and leak
There are a few water pipes down there, Turbo water pipe, plenum little ones round the back. Look at pictures of rear of engine. Battery out would help see them.

How low can you go. Ready for take off. Most stuff disconnected, to my surprise exhaust bolts came off but it does not look like I needed them, they are not coming apart.

Time to tackle all the jobs I did not want to do
Well after doing the crank oil seal three times I still have an oil leak, now I’m thinking I could have a hair line crack in the oil pump due to the problems I had getting the crank cog off. Tomorrow I’m picking my brothers car up from the body shop and need to put it in the garage, easier said than done. Seeing my car on all four wheels with the Zeta CRD’s and running well apart from the oil, I have fallen in love again, will order a new oil pump tomorrow.

Crank oil seal
Well decided to replace, mostly back together now. Not going to start it tonight just in case, wouldn’t want to waste the room I have booked tonight.

Crank oil seal
Well looks like I have fallen into the trap of not knowing what I was looking for, I have been working on cars for many years, but have never had to replace cam or crank seals before, I did read up about it but did not really understand about the lip on the crank, hence inside of seal pushed backwards, I do have another it is OEM as well, I suppose I can’t fix this one and should start again with the new one, is this correct?.
