Time to tackle all the jobs I did not want to do
Cleaned the intake manifold, injector holes and changed the spark plugs, I must remember next time I’m at the garage to bring my kettle, those new fuel pipes just won’t go on. So I got on with the front assembly. Glad I purchased new Allan bolts for the water outlet pipes.

Time to tackle all the jobs I did not want to do
Finally got another hub puller, I asked the other company for a replacement and 2 weeks later got a refund, then I had to purchase another. Took a few attempts but did the trick.

Help with front stabiliser connecting rod nut size
Hi my old front stabiliser rods had to be cut off so I ordered new ones. This should be simple, new OEM ones arrived no nuts, great look in my drawers find correct size nut only to find the thread is different. I can’t seem to find the part number or spec on what the nut should be, am I going mad or will be soon. Nissan OEM 54668-33P00 Front Stabilizer Sway Bar Endlink.

Time to tackle all the jobs I did not want to do
Today I started on the wiring, I removed some of the old tape and started re wrapping the wires with heat resistant tape, then put the plastic shielding back on ready for the mesh cover.

Time to tackle all the jobs I did not want to do
Well bit more progress, passenger side arms and top bottom drivers arms cleaned and sprayed, all bushes out of knuckle, also subframe cleaned and sprayed. Drivers side drive shaft just won’t come out, purchased a 10ton hub puller but it was faulty, the centre would only turn 3 threads so waiting on a replacement real pain. Drivers side front suspension off with old bushes out ready for a clean and paint. So glad I purchased the press has made life easier.
