Hi I did a bit more today, you would have never known these spot welds were rusting under the pristine undercoating.

Hi have you checked the injector connectors, mine had a similar problem, they were cracked and corroded I ended up replacing them.

It can be but makes a horrid mess and the fumes are dangerous.

It is messy, I’m using a variety of tools, a fen, angle grinder with flap disk and a poly abrasive wheel.
