  1. I second that motion had the same problem. Black box near the yellow cable, should be clipped to the light unit.
  2. Hi I did a bit more today, you would have never known these spot welds were rusting under the pristine undercoating.

  5. Hi have you checked the injector connectors, mine had a similar problem, they were cracked and corroded I ended up replacing them.

  13. It can be but makes a horrid mess and the fumes are dangerous.
  14. It is messy, I’m using a variety of tools, a fen, angle grinder with flap disk and a poly abrasive wheel.
  15. Finally I have found some time to start stripping the underseal off.
