  1. Assuming weathers half decent, yes definitely up for this. Sad I missed the recent one but the car has been at PowerZed - collecting it this week at some point yay [emoji16]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hi Shooze, yeah the car is mine and has been since February this year [emoji1]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Agreed. I looked and couldn’t find any dodgy comments either. When it comes to cars like these, once they’ve began the upward rise from the bottom of the depreciation cycle, originality, super clean finish and things like the original bill of sale like this one has, is what sells more than anything - Clean, pure and original. Pretty much applies to all demanded cars, when supply at this high quality level is short of demand. The USA also didn’t get 99 spec cars, I think they sold until 1996 from memory so all the z32’s there had the pre 99 spec body, with minor changes here and there, similar to our cars over here. 4. Looks like a beast! Would need to blend those rear arch extensions in though, but after that, would be spot on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ah that’s a dam shame as my cars at PowerZed from next weekend for 2 weeks. Oh well, will have to arrange another afterwards. You can all enjoy on my behalf [emoji3]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Great news [emoji1]. What company did you end up going with? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Hi Kieran, I bought some service parts off of an ex Nissan dealer on eBay who used to have a dealership in the 80’s and 90’s. He sells lots of brand new bits for older Nissans. His eBay ID is 8160mikel and the company is called Nisparts. Might be worth a try. Because this forum is a z32 forum, I’m not sure anyone else who supplies z31 bits. Other than that, common suppliers are USA based such as concept z performance and Z1 motorsports so worth a try also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Thats not good but guess you can’t do much really. Bit random but I was looking on newera imports website couple days ago and a few customers posted great reviews of them sourcing all sorts of parts from Japan for their cars so might be worth a try. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I’ve only been around since late Feb or so but guess it must have been the first one. Thanks to Tom for sorting out such a great route with all the great stops - saw some amazing views. Well worth others coming down this way in the future. Tom suggested maybe other meets around the UK so maybe when we’re a bit closer to you, you could come over Gary [emoji1417]. Got to see your super clean Zed one day! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. That's a shame but understand the circumstances. My bad leg has only just sorted itself out a week ago. Hope you get well soon.
  11. That’s absolutely ridiculous about APC [emoji2363] and also pricey too. Oh well, at least you got it sorted in the end. That’s annoying about your work shifts this week. Wet days like today make me wish I had a little unit with water drains that I could clean the car in or do general work on. Can only dream... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Welcome to the club Tom [emoji1417]. Definitely worth getting into one of these Z32’s - they’re absolutely fantastic. Would you be able to post up some photos of your Lwb auto you’re breaking? Not sure if you need to be a registered trader on here though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Ahhh what an absolute ball ache! Took my wheels off, cleaned the insides and out, put another coat of wax on for Sunday, and cleaned up the suspension and brakes even though you probs won’t see most of it [emoji23]. Going to rain loads apparently tomorrow so will give the body a wash on Sunday morning early before the meet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That’s great - exciting time’s and that flywheel does look too clean to put into your car hey! It takes a good week or so to get used to the improved throttle response, which I’ve got to tell you is absolutely fantastic. The in gear pull at motorway speeds is just a world of difference to the stock one. You’ve got lots to look forward to once your car is up and running [emoji1417][emoji3]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’ve been using Bilt Hamber double speed wax for years now but feel like a change - your car is the best advertisement for this product haha so may have to give this a go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Ah nice, sounds like a great pair of Supras and yes childhoods definitely influence our decisions when it comes to these types of cars. Glad to see you ended up with the Z32 though [emoji1417]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Would be great if you both could come along Andrew and Bones [emoji1417]. With the lack of events elsewhere, the only events that’ll be going ahead are ones that us club members arrange, until this all blows over. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I watched this video last night actually and I liked how he praised our car. Nice to see a big YouTuber doing something good and restoring the 300zx. He’s a decent bloke although absolute bat shit crazy [emoji23], which adds to the entertainment tbh. I’m going to subscribe to him just to see what he does with the zed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Would be great if you could come along - I’m not saying that just because you’re a fellow blue zed owner.. [emoji2] weathers looking pretty decent at the mo as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I like your taste [emoji1417] x2 mk3 Supras hey. They do look pretty mean in black and in turbo form. Did you have the 7m-gte engine or jz? Same thoughts as all of us on the Nsx - pricing is in la la land! I agree on the mk2 mr2, the mk3 just lost it’s way really and mk1 a bit too old and body looking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Great to hear [emoji1417] It really is a night and day difference! Probably one of the best things I did to the zed. Freshens up the front end nicely too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. The more the better and would be good to meet more club members so come along if you can [emoji1417] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. That’s interesting as with my first order from CZP via fedex it was held at customs for a little while until I paid, but for the 2 subsequent orders the package was passed and I was sent the customs bill payment request by text message after it has arrived. I guess they started trusting that I would just pay hah. I guess it depends on the delivery company. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. That’s the first time I’ve seen this comparison [emoji23] I respect the Supra and most sports cars for what they are, unless they’re genuinely sh*t. I think you’ve ruined supra interiors for me for life though as I’ll always think of the truck interior [emoji2363][emoji23]. As for the rest of the Jap car list, yeah a lot of chavs bought them when the Jap Imports flooded in back in the 2000’s and the prices crashed, but nowadays with the prices at minimum double what they were in those days, and the cars getting old needing tonnes of maintenance, it’s kind of pricing out the scum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Thanks for the advice Craig. Mine expires 23rd July so hopefully falls within the time limit of being allowed to extend the deadline. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
