  1. I tried full throttle full boost, upto the 180kmh, on partners dads private farm tarmaced "track" it was damp but not soaked. puddles at side of track. not slipping, or sliding, no wheel spin after 30-40mph. It was well planted, only felt like a few seconds but was long enough to ntice the difference. Never taken it to the limiter before lol. Very pleased. held much better than rx7, supra and MR2s I have driven. saying that my friends RX7 was running over 600bhp when he had it, and another friends R33 GTR was running around 500bhp, in the wet, wih wide decent rear tyres the RX7 demolished it. So Tyres really do play a big part.
  2. lol, was just taken from the door way. will get more pics up shortley. need to clean car first lmao.
  3. What you think? Cars a bit dirty but I like them lol. and the traction is million times better.
  4. Changed tyres, and it is a million times better :D
  5. bluntley. mine sucks in the rain. back end out at as little as 3000rpm. wheels spin up all the time under acceleration, no matter how easy you take it, and they even spin up in the dry on full boost at 50mph+. Guess thats the tyres. got some new tyres going on tomorrow, will let you know the difference.
  6. TBH, I tend to use silicone / sealants WITH gaskets. best thing is to see when you remove the old one if it has had any sealent applied, so you know if its necesarry. HTH.
  7. There is, its here on the forum somewhere. But I couldnt find it :s Not sure if I got my club discont or not. So would be interesting to know his number.
  8. looks smart. I dont know the car though. I am in Somerset, quite a few of us here from Somerset. so someone should know it.
  9. Bedroom Wall Jobbie :D Sold the DS3 :D Money is supposed to be for mortgage though lol
  10. yeah, I noticed that. apparently you and your friend have a different pair of glasses each, and be playing two totally different games / consoles on the same screen, and only see what your playing. quite cool :D
  11. So, How do I stop my car bleeping when its in reverse, and how do I stop it beeping everytime I go over 110kmph. ?
  12. lol. Will take my new alloys out in the garden and clean them properly before I do anything else lol
  13. here is the old one (Bit of a mess as been to busy to tdiy up, and pulling wires in and out, checking what I need for new one): looking forward to the weekend when we set up the new one: Purchased here: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/lg-47lm760t-full-hd-47-led-3d-tv-with-bh6620s-5-1-3d-blu-ray-home-cinema-system-13519342-pdt.html
  14. Thats great Ian. People say there is no work around, But I got offered 6 jobs in one week (I applied for 9 due to hearing how bad the job market was) I took two jobs, one on weekends and one mon-fri. Now that the monthly pay is rolling in, I have been able to quit the weekend job as it was just a bit on the side. My mum owns a few cafes, its not bad work at all, and its normally quite socialable, with goods hours, and time to study, especially for Ian Jr if he stays on to work weekends once he returns to education. Bet he has an elastic pay check in mind lol we all did on our first jobs didnt we? or was it just me? Thinking I will buy this, this and this lol. Wish him the best for me.
  15. I went out in the Z again this afternoon, think Im going to have to get a GTO as a 2nd car, for the bad weather. It drives amazing even in the snow and ice. Will prob only get an NA GTO though, as no need for the extra power in the weather I will be driving it in. I just love the feel of them whilst driving. Keep my Z for "best" occassions lol
  16. I like those skirts too :D Very subtle, my kind of choice :D
  17. Get some more pics up Rob. Great car, A credit to you. You dont get perfection like that without blood sweat and tears.
  18. do you find it rubs on speed bumps etc lowered? Im terrifeid of lowering mine, last two cars I lowered had major issues, one ripped front bumper apart, and another ripped the exhuast of from the manifold, tearing the bolts.
  19. 6620? I dont get it lol
  20. Wish it was a Zed lol. But all joking aside, that is prob the best looking supra I have ever seen. Mint.
  21. The Z is the best Rush I have ever had. 22. The Z is a true Sports car, the Impreza is a glorified family Saloon. Thats just my opinion.
  23. Some look like they are fixed, i.e getting ready for restoration. and some cars are on the photo list more than once. Still no excuse :S
  24. How did I miss this one? Happy Birthday Mikey!
