Help / Advice needed
Under full throttle my Z has started to judder, slight pauses in acceleration. I gave it a few full throttle runs tonight, and after some gunshot noises, its started to have less judder / pauses in the acceleration, still not perfect though, a flat out 30-100 run now gets 1-2 judders compared to the 5-6 it was having before I did a few extra runs. Its the only time I have really gone full throttle in it to be honest. Thinking there maybe carbon build up or something like that. Hoping its not a missfire. engine runs smooth at all speeds, its just affected under full acceleration. Any advice at all?

Engine misfire/cylinder not firing...Advice needed please
lol I was about to post a new thread about a suspected missfire. Under full throttle my Z has started to judder, slight pauses in acceleration. Its the only time I have really gone full throttle in it to be honest. Thinking there maybe carbon build up or something like that. i-phone cover - you all want I know !!
Agreed. Whats the deal with that. would of been so much better without it. I think you could get a plain cover, spray it body colour. and get some Z stickers made up, then laquer it.... for any phone

A mention for the good guy's
Or to my friends, cousins, aunties, uncles, Gran, who went out to help rebuild a church, and is stuck, with no way of getting home, to her dying partner, who has been told he only has 4 days, 3 hours 25 minutes and 16 seconds to live?

A mention for the good guy's
I would also like to contribute, adding I have had fantastic service and transactions with Ian (300ZX_666) and JeffTT of Zed World, via the forum. As well as this I have had help with issues from Rob Hughes, and received a much needed part from Steve (Z32Bolt) free of charge, which was much appreciated. I also had bits sent to me from other members, again free of charge, and have been very pleased with ALL my transactions on the club so far. However, I do appreciate, there can be issues on some occassions. Nice to see a thread for praise.

Mongoose Catback
I reckon I gained 40bhp. BUT and its a big BUT - my standard exhaust was 22 years old, and nothing much left of it, was totally rotten, so had prob lost 20+ bhp from that. so regained my 20, and another 20 for the upgrade - I reckons anyway lol.

resprayed and fitted UK Spec Alloys

resprayed and fitted UK Spec Alloys
Thanks Guys. Long way to go before its ready for something like JAE. There is a lot of paint that needs doing. Wing mirrors, skirts, passenger side of rear bumper, spoiler and "moustache" need major paint work. oher than that all is glorious :D and almost completely standard. I think remove aftermarket skirts and replace spoiler with OEM style fibreglass one.

My buying ordeal
If the goods were delivered as a signed for delivery. Contact the courier. They were to be delivered to you, and you never took delivery.

Blue Zed in Yeovil
Your Zed is looking much better Rob. The paint isnt as bad as you make out! Also saw yours on the Drive as I came out Jenko. Then I saw Scott from the forum, driving past my road, in a VW. said his Z funds are on hold till he fixes the headgasket on the VW.

Put in £130 fuel bought Exhaust for £90 delivered bought PAS Pipe £46 delivered £40 Fitting Alloys around £100 delivered inc decent tyres Polishes about £120 :s but that will last more than a year (I hope) Things to do - nothing needs doing for the car, however I have the urge to do them anyway if that makes sense!

just a thought ..........
I love this forum. Best I been on imo. I been on STOC, RSOC, MR2OC, Twobrutal, GTOOC, 200sxOC, R32OC, FTOOC and a few others - this is by far the best, and refferring back to Mikeys comments, I havent seen any evidence of "power trips" I have seen it on many forums in the past, most if not all mod comments I have seen have been throughly justified. However, I dont know whats been said in PMs and that makes it none of my business :P so all I can say is thumbs up to all, from Richard the Secretary and all the mods, to the traders, subbed members and reg'd users. The activity, help, advice and banter is also a key factor in what makes the forum great. I have asked what I feel are stupid questions in the past, and have been given serious, helpful answers, without any sly remarks. (well had a couple but they were light banter, and rather funny) I wouldn of subbed if I didnt like the place. However only thing I'd like is a chat box for subbed members to have light banter in.

Need a new Lap top, is this any good?
Its a good lappy for the price. But it is outdated a bit, which is reflected by the price. Lenovo is a good brand. They are actuallymanufactured by IBM
