  1. one thing i would say with any rebore is make sure the machine shop get the running clearance correct and ultrasonically wash the block afterwards, this will ensure the oilways etc are clean havent used Wiseco pistons in a car engine but have in big bore Suzuki GSX-R engines (1340cc and beyond) and they are superb :)

  5. Im running one grade cooler NGK Iridiums,running 14psi with a DTA chip, EBC and Toyo uprated intercoolers and it runs sweet as a nut :)

Hi Nanci, you must really love that car!.I would say that may struggle to find her on here as the vast majority of folks on here have got the Z32 version of the the 300zx, not the Z31 as your old car would be, and it may be a sad fact that 10+ years of British winters (salty roads :( ) etc may have taken their toll.I hope you do manage to find her, you never know someone may remember it........good luck :)
  11. Moved mine under the centre panel and made an alloy bracket for it, which is bolted above the plastic guard thats attached to the bumper so its out of the way of spray etc.the bolt for the bracket is screwed into a 6mm tapped hole that was already there :)

  15. only thing i will add is take your time, if you try to rush them they will crack............i found the rear lights trickier to do than the centre panel.
  16. Dont know about tudors but my compressor and all the pipework etc is off but idle speed still picks up if I put heater on 'auto' etc.

  18. Would it give you an idea if you cross referenced oe skyline and zed diff bushes?.........as if they were compatible wouldnt they have the same part number?......just a thought :)
  19. Glad you got it sorted dave :) i had a bit of a moment the other day, the old girl stuttered twice and the engine management light came on and she ran like a bag of crap.....turned out to be a loose connection on the coolant temp sensor (cheers Lee :) ).
  20. im going to stick my neck out and say my tt had better acceleration on kickdown when it was an auto.
  21. ohhh....not nice!.you must be gutted!........is it definately due to the sun?, cos mines outside all the time and that hasnt happened.

  24. Hi matey :)......havent finished my rear subframe refurb yet, as waiting on polybushes for the hub carriers so hicas arms are still on the car at the mo.Hope to get it done sooon so if you still need them once its done their yours mate, will let you know :)
