Rotten underneath...
This was mine last weekend :( All welded now, but needs finishing now.Earlier this year it had both rear quaters done as they had completely rotted away, the front crossmember was refabricated as well as a few other places. The sills are being finish the weekend after next along with a scab on each rear arch and a few bits around the rear lights. If you find a good welder most things are repairable......just depends how far you want to go!. :)

indicator issue
check the coonectors in the passenger footwell as well , as i had loads of weird electric faults when the passenger side targa drain leaked all over the connectors in the top lefthand side of the passenger footwell. It had been leaking since before it bought the car and the connectors in that area were well and truly fubar'd.......ended up having them rewired.

Outer tie rod end
Whats the situation with these (and adjustable suspension arms etc) regarding the new MOT regs, as they dont have a rubber boot over the bearing part?.......have been told they have got tight over missing/split boots and can argue that rose-jointed suspension components without boots are for competition use only, anyone else heard/come across this???

Polished plenum ready to fit :)
both pcv's vent from the passenger side exhaust cam cover........by moving the pcv vents to the highest point on the inlet covers (as in the photo above) its virtually impossible for the pcv's to draw oil through the system.the pcv valves themselves remain in their original positions on the plenum, its the pipework that is different in the way it is routed. check this out http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1019112/The-ultimate-PCV-reroute-write-up.html

Polished plenum ready to fit :)
Drilled and tapped a spare pair of inlet cam covers ready to re-route pcv hoses once the plenums off, get the pcv outlets off the exhaust cam cover to stop it picking up oil and drawing it through the pcv's.will spray the covers before they go on. :)

Diesel conversion
Howdo chief.......i knew it was 100 and something :)

Diesel conversion
surely a gas conversion would be cheaper and easier, with no loss in performance (lpg has an octane rating of 101ron iirc).

spark plugs and oil filter
I would say stick with standard plugs, as I had ngk iridiums in mine for a bit and it didnt like them (cue loads of folks saying they are perfectly good), as they caused rough idle etc and was advised to change back to standard plugs (by Jeff at Zedworld and a few other people) and that cured the rough running straightaway. On removing the iridiums they are actually shorter than a standard plug, which to my mind cant realy be very good.
