Saves modifying the TT pump and makes life easier for removing all the Hicas pipework i believe. :)

Got the stereo aerial going through the aerial loop in the rear screen, though rarely listen to the radio.

Took some head scratching but settled on getting a strip of materail and running a line of evostik comtact adhesive down it with a brush (found the spray stuff to be crap) then wait for it to go tacky.Then get a lenght of 8amp electrical wire, lay it on the glued strip and carefully pinch the material around the wire until you end up with the piping effect.Once its fully dried just trim off the excess whilst leaving a 'tail' that can be pushed into the groove on the panel leaving the piping following the line of the groove.Got it down to a bit of a fine art now so its pretty easy to do :)

Well chuffed mate...onto the next job now which will be swapping the rear subframe for the refurb'ed one and fitting the na powersteering pump as ive fitted the Driftworks Hicas eliminator :)

Did it all myself except for the seats which are how they were when I bought them :) Just need a bit of patience and somewhere clean to do them.

Got the Zed back yesterday after a week in the bodyshop, had the sills finished off,the aerial hole smoothed,rust patches on rear arches sorted and a lot of work around the rear light area (lots of cutting out,refabricating and welding!) and the whole back end sprayed. Drivers side sill in progress Done :)

After buying my black and cream interior a bit back there were some bits I wasnt happy with,so ive retrimmed the rear panels,door cards and all the centre console and dash pieces.heres some pics :)

Try setting the tps and then reset the base idle :)

Mine did this when one of the vacuum blanking caps came off, might be worth double checking all the vacuum lines and any blanks that may be fitted :)

Should be about 30° :)

Has it got blue glass all round?......every jdm ive seen has got bronze.The firm that replaced my windscreen wanted to put a blue screen in but I said no way and they sourced a bronze one with a green top tint the same as the original :)

The best stuff I have ever seen for freeing off anything rusted or seized is a penetrating spray called Deblock, its used primarily free freeing seized diesel fuel injectors but works miracles.Its not cheap at around £9 a can but cant recommend it enough.Would work a treat on your seized brakeline :)

I had a vented nose panel on mine, but have changed back to the original as I prefer the look of the standard one with a standard front bumper and didmt notice any difference in airflow.And as Gary pointed out it could get your filters wet.

Not making an issue of it........i just wondered what other peoples thoughts were regarding spelling in life in general not just on forums. And could you point out the mistake I made in my first post :)

Is it just me or is the standard of peoples spelling getting worse?........perhaps it just me being a fussy git!? :)

Jdm also has bronze tinted glass, flare holder on passenger footwell panel, boost gauge and oil pressure gauge pressures are different (not in psi).
