Fit big smic's instead, no problem then :).I removed the aircon condensor when I stripped the rest of the aircon off and dont have any overheating problems even when stuck in traffic.

Looking at that it looks as though all the bushes for the the rear suspension arms arent included and the rear subframe ones are inserts, not complete bushes.

I bought a meguiars claybar kit when I had my white Calibra DTM and the amount of crap it got out of the paint was unreal, it left it like glass after doing it.Still got loads left so going to do the zed later :)

Could produce big power with the right mods, modern lpg is equivalent to 112 octane iirc and modern lpg systems are very reliable.

Higher octane fuels will always produce more power as you get a more efficient burn from higher octane fuel versus low octane.Thats why race engines run high octane fuel :) Stick that weasel p@ss they sell at morrisons in and tell me it doesnt run poorly!......i wouldnt fill a lawnmower with it!!!. My 3.0 Calibra used to hate it, it would spit and fart on it and that wasnt turbo'd.

Momentum for me,my TT averages around 24mpg on it, used to use it in my 3.0 v6 Calibra as well

Bolt holes will be m6 and m8, not sure on ones for vacuum adaptors :)

Which of the above pics does yours look like?, if its a fairly small pump with 3 ribs on the pulley i would say its a na pump or one off a tt with electric SuperHicas.

I had the smoking issue on mine and turned out to be very thin oil being drawn through the pcv circuit.does yours only smoke on idle?, as that was the only time mine smoked.More or less as soon as I drained the old stuff out (castrol edge, approx 1200 miles old) and refilled with 10w40 semi it stopped.When I removed the pcv hoses you could see they were full of oil, now there is just a light mist in them :)

I think the na pump is a 49110-40P00.....but double check :)

When I had my Calibra DTM Edition I sourced a pair of front wings off a Polish registered Calibra that had no side repeater holes on them,as I wanted it to look identical to the DTM in the sales brochure and it passed 3 mot's with none fitted.

Bought mine last september and done about 7000 miles,and used it pretty much every day :)

Very rare Grid jdm ebc.very easy to use but never seen another one :)

I use my zed every day regardless of the weather and dont hang about in it and ive not had a problem with it even on boost.I would say the zed is far more predictable than capris etc that ive had in the past.

I had one of those as well, also had a Dinky UFO Intercepter from the tv show U.F.O as well as the Spectrum Patrol Vehicle and Angel Intercepter from Captain Scarlet!!!.
