yeah thats why im still keeping a 10>15mm balance tube under the plenum and then a Pre Balance 32mm tube before TB's

that part is for two reasons ... Idle control valve gets blocked off .. and cosmetic looks

but thats the Point there is gains on stuff being removed .. once i use the after market ECU there is no need for Idle Control unit or even the balance bar stuff on top of the plenum all so with doing a Pre-balance pipe work makes it more tunable all allowing the Air Mix to be better for 50/50 split some is cosmetic sure but why be the same as every one ?

yeah that was another thought too got to have a think about this .. just getting cheesed off right now with delays on stuff ... 2 months ago this build should of been done and the Postal service have lost my valve steam seals :(

yeah that was my thoughts too .. even the stock balance tube is not the right size to balance tubs if there is a Major differents but i'm sure the balance/bov tube placement shouldnt be a problem its only around 18" from the Tb's anyways

once i got my car running i have a Modified plenum with all the PVC/water/Balance Ports removed i was going to relocate the Balancing part of the plenum to the under/back side so it can not bee seen but in doing this the Pipe will not be 23mm in size like the original balancing pipe now i seen ppl have done a balancing bridge in front of the throttle body's .. i think this looks crap as the Ports for the recirc/Bovs are on the same pipe work but quit a bit before... would it be poss or be ok to put a Link there and work the Bovs back in ? i will still be keeping some form of Balance pipe on the back of plenum still but would be more like 10>15mm as all so i will be running my Vac Manifold from it too Inline that way all so i would have Split 50/50 vac/poss pressure for all turbo/bov/gauge control Cheers

Bleed valve is on top but there is a foam edge along the top of the rad but sounds like the leak is coming from the seam of the rad its self

10w40 semy or full... 10w30 is a little thin

Intercooler pipes pre install fit and Ref for any other person fitting ..

not ams there Ash ones i have .. sorted it anyways it wasn't that they didn't fit is was just loads of pipes and no destructions to fit .. just uploading some pics anyways

what a fooking faff about trying to fit these bloody intercooler pipes

you can remove the fogs .. but if you have a Jap import your side lights are in there so u will need to relocate the side lights in to the indicator units or New ones all together

the Front subframe on TT and NA are the same .. what differs is Front calipers and discs Rear --- Hubs / Arms / Subframe / Diff

its best to take the complete Prop off the car and Diff m8 ...
