  4. i can not tell you the tech spec of the two .. other than the Manual cams will Larger Profile ( Longer lift duration ) Mark

  6. Alternator and PS Pump Fitted .. Made some Intake piping to replace the old bellows pipes
  7. NO .. to use the S1 inlet cams u will need the S1 pulleys as the cams are slightly Longer where the vtc pulley fits on same with s2 cam/pulley exhaust cams are the same the only performance different between all the cams is only Auto>manual but the s1/s2 cams will fit all heads

  10. with the comp that low u be looking at melted piston or split rings .. any of those would give you major bore damage .. to the extent unknown till u pull the motor apart but u be looking at Rebore and next size pistons up .. or even starting with a new block damage depending

  17. lol yeah they are tight .. i normal use a Rod thou the yoke and stand on it .... then use a 18" cracker bar at the same time you can not really use a vise as there hollow and you will squish it
  18. undo the big Nut in the middle of the Prop shaft ..
  19. it shouldn't be any noisier but that could be down to the collars i didn't notice any when i did my sub-fame .. but if you have a small vibration i would say thats down to the Prop slightly out of balance
  20. if it wasn't affecting the tv's in the house i would of said yes ... sounds like the suppressor on the alternator is not connected or broken or may be just missing or you just have some bad earth leads .. you need to check the one on the batt is earthed on the body>engine head>bell housing
  21. Adam think u will find it is one of the best ones .. its so easy to work on once its out of the car
  22. there are two locking nuts/bolts + adjuster large bolt behind the pulley Long adjusting bolt on the end of adjuster arm and on the face of the adjuster arm there is a lock nut make sure u have undone this
