55474 55475 is the bushing 55475 is the bushing anti squish washer/tube if your rebuilding get the uprated polly ones

you should have those 2 bracket-cups on the front 2 bushings and then two round cups for the 2 back ones

its a Sub fame to chassis support .. and yes its needed as if you dont have it u will not be supporting the Rubber bushing with in the sub frame correctly and it could pull down under high/shock loads

whats made it even more of a bug ... I have the complete exhaust system sitting here in house but i can not fit it due to being it being picked up .. they got labree to make it and then sent it to me ... 2 days in to its jorney to me cpz decide to show me the pic of it .. well i kinda wasn't pleased at all its nothing alike and the GP system is 3" piping with 5" tail tips angled ... the one they sent me is 3" piping with 4" tail tips sticking out straight so i had words with them dont get me wrong the system is top notch and the build of it is brill
