  10. Cly 1 should be at TDC .. look at your Lower crank gear there is a Dot on it and a notch on the oil pump these should be all most together all cam Dots should be at the location of where the Dots are on the Cam cover back plate However these marks are only a guide not precise timing marks you need to check the timing mark Lines on the belt
  11. look a the end Seal bearing cap they will have the txt on there in dots/ E= Exhaust then 5/4/3/2/1 and have the txt all the same way
  12. the afr wasn't logged by the dyno to the look of it running rich or lean is governed by the map set on the ecu to a point then uses the Maf on how much air/load is needed but if the boost setting is to low for set tune it will run even more rich hence black smoke
  13. yeah does look a little rich for the boost setting

  19. Test them in water before putting in car .. use a temp gauge as well u may find that the Nissan one will open up at the right temp of 75 i think and open more wider for better flow
  20. Not really as its all ways the Passenger side that goes ... Mainly cly 5>6 .. but with all 3 very low and the smoke sounds like head gasket worst case piston rings valves would give u low comp but not smoke once running
  21. use the advance tap and upload it using the site's storage
  22. Not good at all .. all 3 right bank is way way way low .. 140> 160 there abouts depending on age/mileage of engine
  23. Nope your Maf is doing its job ... unpluging it only indicates the Problem is in another place and on your engine being a NA not meny places so i would start checking all the Pipes Idle Control valve all 4 pipes Air Intake Both sides PVC pipes and just for testing Block off the 2 vac lines on Throttle bodys and the side and balance pipes
  24. Sorted ... 69quid Posted .. so works out to be a little better than Ebay jobbys :)
