  2. the speedo unit on the gear box is slightly different due to the ratio out put of diff .. IE NA/TT but nothing that can not be sorted out on the speedo dial its self regarding the bell housing TT is slightly larger to accommodate the larger flywheel and clutch place but yet again nothing to worry about as TT box/flywheel will work on NA all day long only differs if you happen to use an NA box with TT flywheel
  3. yep i get you .. but the only Problem i see there is Support for the valve its self .. with High RPM wouldn't the valve start to wobble a little more with the extra bit removed on a plus side it would make Porting loads easier thats for sure

  7. i'm not doing that for 2 reasons really .. Tools .. u need some nifty Press and aligning tools to take out put back and then put in New valve Seats and cut them and then the other will be just down to Cost of it .. .. really

  9. no it was 300 :) ... i did over 500 with the last setup
  10. not sure really but the tubs/injectors/crank/pistons/cams/ and other bits are good for 800+ on paper and Specs all depends on how its tuned i guess so anything more than 300hp would be great :)
  11. yep .. your right ... the porting isnt ultra smooth polished .. it still has a texture to it

  13. both can not be to smooth .. as this will not agitated the flow and hinder the flow its self ... Exhaust ports have been opened up 5.5mm width/hight to match the headers Leaving 1mm down step Most of today to do one Head .. i need to take other pics as cam dosnt really show it all

Jack car up and support rear end up om axel stands Rear wheels off Calipers off Unbolt shocks Exhuast off Exhaust heat sheild off Release hand brake leaver and un hook from center rocker join Undo prop shaft from the diff Undo center bearing and remove prop Support hole subframeand diff with a jack 3 bolts on each side front of the sub frame and 2 rear bolts u may have to use a cracker bar for the big bolts Manual na prop shaft will fit directly to a tt box vise verser .... Only differs with auto prop have to mix and match halfs Mark
