I can't believe that an auto TT weights only 17Kg more than a manual. That auto box weighs about as much as Rick Waller! I remember doing the auto to manual conversion, two of us couldn't lift the old box down into the pit, we had to let it free-fall! Bloody autos, who'd have one ;) :p

Look on the bright side, at least you can have some fun practising power slides without worrying about wearing your tyres out :hyper:

I'll second that, you're a decent lot. I will have to come to one of the meets or other events & buy you guys a :duffer: for sure. I disagree with that, I can have 5-6 pints and still walk perfectly OK and hold down an intellectual conversation, in fact people always say that I look and sound sober, put me behind a wheel though and I'd be a disaster waiting to happen, especially if I was driving at 80+mph!!!

How do you create an accurate timer in VB? The timers available to VB are useless, they jump in 30-60mS steps at a time. I need much better accuracy, i.e., to the mS. Can anyone help? Cheers, Shaun

Maybe you could try changing the AFM, that seems to be a common fault on the Zed. It can cause all sorts of weird symptoms too. Even a consult isn't 100% when it comes to detecting a wounded AFM, it might be best to borrow someone elses AFM & give that a go if you can. Mine isn't running too well at the moment either :rolleyes:

Sorry to hear about your car m8, it usually is other people that fook our cars up! I think a lot of peoples initial reaction would be to think 'stupid ****er' & feel like kicking off. It's if you react on that feeling that's the problem. It's scary to think that some people do tho:(

I hate buses, not only do they stop every 30 seconds, they always have fooked suspension so that when you get off it you feel like you wanna chuck! Saying that, if that does happen then I can go off sick & do some sledging later :dance:

Normally speaking I'd have more than one car, but this year I only have the Zed for work, so I'm hoping like hell we don't get any snow this year cos it'll be a bus job:( & I hate buses. I can't even get my car out of the cul-de-sac because of a steep hill. How will you get to work?
