I had some paint mixed up by Halfords for a 200SX & it was totally the wrong colour. Instead of pearlescent blue, it looked purple! I'd give it a miss personally.

I've been waiting for ages for Jeff to send me bits too, I'm beginning to think that I'll never see them :(

True, but if you put a couple of bricks width ways before the ramp then you can get the car up the steel ramps without causing damage. I know cos I did it last week ;) Saying all that, you still wouldn't get your car up by 10" like you can with the super dooper wooden ones! :D

Oh I see, so in that case it's probably the EL inverter (the thing I called a transformer) that is knackered. Oh bugger! Don't suppose you know how many volts A.C. it's supposed to give out?

I don't suppose anyone has a clue what goes wrong with these things? At first I though it would have just had a bulb/bulbs in there but it appears to have what must be a flourescent tube instead as there's a transformer which must drive it :confused: Anyone got any ideas? I tried to get to the tube but I was afraid of breaking the perspex front to the panel. Shaun

Must admit, after having both I prefer the Manual box but sometimes the synchromesh lets you down! All in all though, the manual 300Z TT definately feels quicker, I noticed the difference straight away after converting from Auto to Manual ;) .

It's a base colour apparently, nothing too hard to get hold of, well at least that's what they said in Halfords but I wouldn't trust that implicitly.

Thanks mate, I sussed out that the image was too large in the end as I tried uploading a smaller file and sure enough, it worked no problem. Cheers for the info though, I now know how to add attachments, never knew how to do that before. :)

What really p!sses me off is when people flash at you for overtaking them even when the road is perfectly straight and clear ahead. They obviously can't stand the humiliation of being out done :rolleyes: On a similar theme, has anyone noticed how it's more often than not women as opposed to men who floor it when you start to overtake? Probably the feminists;)

Personally, I wouldn't want to have a car on the road with a 3K paint job, nooooo way cos some fokker is bound to damage it. Some jealous young sheite would be only to willing to key it for you :mad:. Failing that, some woman would twat it with her door whilst getting out of her car in a supermarket car park :rolleyes:. Fook that!:D

Who knows whether it really works or not, we're never likely to know for sure unless of course you'd actually been involved in the research on this product yourself. Some people will want us to believe that it's crap, i.e. oil companies (so that we keep changing our oil on a regular basis!), car companies (so that we'll keep changing our cars on a regular basis). The reasons for saying that slick 50 damages your engine could well be political and therefore not be genuine.

Personally I don't think that putting those pictures on the net is very nice. I guess that they may remind some people of the fact that their not imortal though. WHich reminds me: I pulled out to overtake a Mondeo V6 that was doing a constant 48mph, I'd got about 1/4 way past when the ****er decided to boot it. I was passing it but nowhere near as quick as I would if he hadn't accelerated but he'd obviously floored it. This wouldn't have been so bad if the road had been miles long but there was a corner coming up & if a car had come around that corner then that would have been it as I had to do nearly a ton to get past the prick! Luckily for me though there wasn't anything coming the other way. I was so pissed by this that I stopped the car in the middle of the lane, got out of the car & called him a stupid twat for trying to kill me. I really could have hit him for that!:mad:

It would look great on a 3 door version if there was one but doesn't look so good on a 5 door car! WHy spend all that money on a Primera, why not buy a 200sx instead.:confused: Must have got carried away!
