winter advice
my daily driver is a company car so i get to keep the Z for the weekends only ( and dry ones at that ) even still i would never enjoy 300 + BHP via rear wheels via an auto box in the snow, ice , wet weather etc using it would undoubtedly end in damage both to me and my beloved charriot

winter advice
Okay , my car is up on blocks for the winter ( so the tyres are not going to get flat spotted) i have waxed the living daylights out of the paintwork and tucked it up under a breathable but waterproof car cover, i will be attending to a few odd jobs over the off road period but should i change the engine oil now or wait until the summer months when it goes back on the road, same question for the brake pads front and rear, likewise is their anything else i should do to safely store up for the period ( i have also brimmed the tank and added storage stabiliser) ta Neil

Turbo Timer and the Z
there is a little push button actuated solenoid which has to be depressed to release the key, you can only do this when the electrical supply is cut
-
Turbo Timer and the Z
i had exactly the same issue a few weeks back, to fix it so you can remove the key you need to remove the lock barrel from the car , hacksaw off the mechanism that operates the push button COMPLETLEY , then re install, well thats what i had to do anyway good luck and note the headless bolts can be an arse to get out if you dont have the right gear
