Ignition lock
Hi all , does anybody know how to disable the little push button that you need to depress when the igntion is off in order to remove the ignition key, at present i have a turbo timer wired in but a bit pointless really as i cant remove the igniton key until its counted down and turned the engine off anyway. i want to be able to remove the key , leave the engine running whilst the countdown does its thing, lock the car up and walk away. ta

greddy turbo timer
Curley Kev, it turns out i bought a Blitz FATT turbo timer, i never used the plug and play adaptor as it was not correct for my nissan 300 wiring setup, instead i had to solder each wire into position. so the upshot is i have an adaptor harness going begging but i do not know if it will be suitable for your TT, that said it may be worth thinking about

new b piller?
yes , i had the same issue and with a little care and gloss vinyl wrap the whole thing looked spot on at a very low cost. if you do it just take your time, flatten the bubbles as you go, any slight dimples will magically dissapear overnight as the wrap shrinks and flattens neil

was thinking 15 - 20 quid , but not sure whether that is the right sort of price . stating the obvious i need one without rips or tears and it has to be black leather . i am hoping the style of the rear pan and vertical part are unchanged across the years of manufacture. if any use to you Jim, i can collect or meet up as im still near the airport cheers Neil
-
