probably, did this on my other zed but i think it already had blue relay in there i think it must replace a relay currently in the car but without looking i'm not sure

you could be using this one which can play up if the diode is not fitted on the back of the light switch (my white zed did same as yours with no diode)

are you sure ptu that was fitted is not faulty?

glad yours is running well i've had various water leaks on mine, and i was chasing them round the engine bay till every pipe was replaced, took it to a meet yesterday which was approx a 180mile round trip, on the way down i had a arse like a rabbits nose but the zed performed faultlessy and never lost any water hope yours is on the way to being a reliable one as well

hi all just looking at fitting my eibach springs/stock shocks set up, do i need to fit adjustable front and rear camber arms with these?

yes here is to the next one only little job i now need to do is sort the temp gauge sender the spade terminal has come lose so when i hit motorway speeds the temp fluctuates up and down, i'll replace that though when i redo my water bypass in silicone pipe

cool was a good meet great to catch up after ** years i'm sure murt had 2 exhaust pipes on when you shot off to the motorway lol well at least my zed seems ok now from water issues had great run down and back today

vould be to much water in the overflow tank so when the car pushes excess water from the rad it's causing it to overflow

i hope it stays together lol

looking promising for the zed just done the heater pipes and so far so good

no i dont lol just got to fit the tricky little buggers now

spent most of yesterday replacing the turbo hose that runs from the back of the passenger turbo only for one of the heater hoses to then fail when the pressure was just starting to build, i rang mike at mjp at 4pm to order the heater hoses to get the zed back on the road and they turned up this morning now thats excellant service just means another day of losing skin off my hands lol

agreed manual is the way to go

i would guess downpipes would need to be 3" as well

cheers bud i did look at them the other night funnily they have a good selection i bought 8mm silicone hoses off a company called auto performance in the end though

ah cool may take a look as said above i've ordered stock ones for now but want to change all cooling system pipework to silicone

that may very well happen at the rate it's going lol cant throw up anymore cooling system gremlins but at least it'll all be replaced so trouble free motoring for a few miles.........well at least cooling system wise anyway lol

i'm hoping i'll be in the zed but i'm chasing my tail at mo replacing water pipes just had the one at the rear of the passenger side turbo fail ( and what a pig it was to do) put it all back together and one of the heater hoses has now got a pin hole leak so i'm off for more pipe tomorrow to bypass heater matrix and replace the small pipe from the drivers side turbo

do any of the traders on here do silicone heater hoses for the zed? just had the one from the rear of the turbo on the passenger side fail last night replaced it today and now the heater hose has failed think i'm just going to do the lot now
