  1. I will definitely be doing it again mate. It stalls after being on boost and dropping the clutch... Like coming to a junction etc
  2. Yeah, found a large leak but then fixed that on my drive and haven't done one since.
  3. I'm a little confused by what you mean. The intercooler itself bursting? How can I check that mate?
  4. Did you see this Noel? Need to understand what you want pictures of and what you're thinking. Many thanks, Lee
  5. Might be worth looking for a local member with conzult - this is in short a diagnostics program where you can plug it and and check and clear any error codes and look over various perametres to see if everything is set right. Just helps diagnose problems
  6. What exactly are you looking for mate? I could probably get pictures of whatever you want tomorrow
  7. Here you go Noz - - - Updated - - - The intercooler suggestion may be a good one. Hopefully there's an easy way to look at them
  8. I thought everyone already knew this lol
  9. Yeah, I've struggled finding leaks (previously) so thought it may have been the BOVs so I decided to have a go with the recircs. As a test if nothing else as I've heard people would sometimes get stalling issues with BOV's. Obviously wasn't that lol. I do have a boost leak plug so will have to try that again and see if I can find what's going on. I found a leak on the drivers turbo inlet pipe the last time and haven't done another test yet. I'm looking to do one ASAP though.
  10. Right, I've done it. Fitted the recircs. Pita job quite frankly. Not seen any benefit though as the car still wants to stall... So there's obviously something else a miss
  11. Happy birthday Alex
  12. So radiator rather than the fan?
  13. Another northeast zed. We're gonna be the biggest area soon
  14. I'm really wanting one. Anyone got one they'd like to sell me
  15. I can't see where the gro it would actually go
  16. I think removing the fan would certainly give a bit more room. Obviously it has the 2 bolts holding it at the top. I'm guessing I'll need to take off the small radiator thing (A/C Condenser) that's in front of it too as I can't see how it'd come out with it still there
  17. I don't think the job is that hard to be honest. More the fact I can't remove one bolt (one that's where the recircs bolt on) so I can't get the bov on that side out yet. Could be easier if I take the fan out I guess
  18. Makes sense since I'd moved it a little to get into a clamp when doing the recircs
  19. That's not good. That's the one I couldn't seem to do.
  20. Thanks Brian. Is the air con fan the black one that's held on by 2 bolts just under the bonnet catch?
  21. I think its too big for the bonnet stay one. Was down on the under tray (under where the recircs are) on the passenger side. Could be from the radiator I guess
