  1. I found that really interesting. Mainly the turbo outlet pipes as I also have tubular manifolds (petroof) but the turbo outlets are a nightmare to get anything that fits. It's probably the weakest point of my setup due to the pipes having to be a bit small due to the space. Kind of need some pipes making up really
  2. Might also be worth checking it's not coming away at all in any areas
  3. Welcome to the club brynova. So is your issue fixed then? Was going to suggest taking them off and leaving in some hot soapy water for a bit
  4. Changed the PCB today and the heating is back. Question on the hot water side of things if you don't mind.... When I turn the hot water on, the boiler pressure goes up and up and eventually the boiler goes off. Same errors as before. Any ideas?
  5. Ian, I'm really pleased you've bought the car. I truly believe it's now in great hands.
  6. Pretty much. I have the one I made here and a track electronics one. I'm wanting to try them both on a standard car as Nistune ECU apparently doesn't work. So I want to check the adapters work or not
  7. Never really thought of trying any scrap metal places. I think I could fit the PCB myself. It's literally plug and play. Our lass has managed to find a board at about £30 so might be worth getting and trying.
  8. Appears that way. Neen thinks it's possible that the board could have got wet while the engineer was fixing a leaky pipe (the ones to turn up the pressure)
  9. So originally, the hot water tap was knocking the boiler off but just running cold. Now it still just runs cold but I only get 2 lights on the boiler. Flame failure and safety thermostat
  10. I don't have either now mate
  11. Been a while mate. Hope all'a well bud
  12. Will have a look Al thanks. Baz - that's what I'm thinking expensive mistake to make Quavey - I'll try and look out the diagnostics Rolandas - even after the parts come out, he still said its faulty and was stuck in one position
  13. Hot water in the house went off the other day, still had heating though. the gas/heating engineer advised it was the diverter valve, had it replaced today but it hasn't fixed the issue so we're needing to try the circuit board. What I'm wanting to know is whether anyone know a cheap place to get the part from. Fi it's a potterton 30HE boiler. Also, could I do the circuit board myself? Looks like it's pretty much plug and play
  14. Only just seen this, finally plugged the big air leak so done a sound video to try and see how it sounds outside the car
  15. You really should have. Callum (newish member) came over and we went out in the zed to get a couple of sound clips of the Veilside exaust and the screamer pipes. Was fun now the zed doesn't have a massive air leak
  16. Which pipes? Exhaust or intercooler pipes and did it cost much
  17. Its pretty close to be honest as both sides are the same. I'm just wondering how I can get better pipes from the turbo outlets
  18. Just out of curiously really. The pipe work (intake and intercooling etc) is pretty much identical on both side. So equal lengths etc. My question is, if it wasn't the same, so one side was a little shorter than the other (mainly from the turbo outlet to the intercooler), would it cause any problems at all?
  19. Offside/Drivers side is the windscreen washer. Just try the windscreen washer button on the dash. The motors are stuck to the bottom of the bottle and you can access it by looking through the wheel arch or possibly taking off the undertray. Could be a motor for the front or rear washer jet come loose, maybe a cracked bottle too. Be worth checking checking the radiator level though and maybe flushing the system if it's been sat for too long.
  20. Welcome, let's see some photos
