Slicktop TT manual
I'd hate to sell my car and someone put a post up pmsl. To be fair, I normally like kitted zeds to an extent and love wide arch ones. I just don't kike that one at all but do hope the seller gets a good price

Boost Controller
Sorry to have confused things mate. I have had the boost controller for years and it never seemed to work tight. Years ago Jeff had tried to tune it but hadn't seemed to work at the time. So I bought a new controller recently to see if that was the problem and what I've been trying is on the new controller (original solenoid. I was getting around 18 psi when the NO port was connected and the boost seemed very strong. When I change it to NC port, although the boost is higher, it doesn't feel as strong or as good. I'll switch it back to the NO port and disconnect the solenoid to confirm that figures but I'm gonna guess at 18psi or there abouts. I also tried simple blowing through the solenoid to see if the NC port was letting air through (car turned off) and it didn't. Blowing through com comes out of the NO which seems right.

Boost Controller
Pretty much. Got some that you think I should input, I'm only wanting to test its working here. Run 2 was some settings I found online (albeit evo ones). Run 5 was old settings that had been input at some point in the past (not by me). The others were just me seeing if it made a difference as I'm just trying to see if the thing actually works at all before I ask you to remap the car

Boost Controller
Yeah I noticed it was on the wrong one earlier. Been like that pretty much forever since someone was messing with it years ago. I've changed it and been out for a few runs. Still not really sure on what I'm doing like tbh to check if it's really working or not. But here are the runs and the setting: Run 1 Set boost 0 Peak 23.7 psi Gain 5% Set gain 4 Limiter 20% Run 2 Set boost 30% Peak 27.0 Gain 5% Set gain 24 Limiter 4% Run 3 Set boost 50% Peak 27.0 Gain Set gain 32 Limiter 4% Run 4 - Set boost 1% Peak 27.0 Gain Set gain 1 Limiter 4% Run 5 Set boost 20% Peak 24.6 Gain 20 Set gain 174 Limiter 10%

Boost Controller
Been out looking round some more and took the solenoid off. The 'NO' was connected rather than the 'NC'. So, I changed that and the boost goes slightly higher (like 22psi was the most) but then the car sounds like it's shooting a flame out the back. And ideas or should I get it mapped in case it needs this. The boost seems a lot 'nicer' when the pipes are incorrectly connected to 'NO' on the solenoid

Boost Controller
I don't know if it ever did work in the past. I don't mean just the top port only being connected. From the greddy instructions on how the boost controller should be connected and the external wastegates should be connected... Without EBC Wastegate would be connected to a pressure source (port in the middle of the wastegate) and the port on the top would just be left unconnected With EBC Wastegate would be connected the same as above but the top port would go to COM on the EBC. So what I'm wondering is, if the middle port was going to COM on the EBC and the top port was going to a pressure source, what would happen. So just the hoses being the wrong way round.

Boost Controller
I've got a hypothetical question on this. With the external wastegates, they have 2 air ports. What would happen if they were the wrong way round? I'm assuming the boost controller wouldn't work??? But would it still seem like it was driving fine do we think? Just wondering if it's a possibility

Fitting new o2 sensors.
I'd just plug them in and hope they work lol. In regards to the threads, I wouldn't like to say, not sure if something like copper grease or something would be advisable. Sure someone will answer soon though - - - Updated - - - I'd just plug them in and hope they work lol.
