  1. iPhone? Put them on photobucket. My iPhone used to always go upside down on here
  2. Been following this on Facebook. And it's awesome
  3. Yeah. At least its not been causing any problems. Not even a rough idle or anything. I can get a spanner on to it. Just a shame its fell off the pipe really. Will try to take a photo of where it is etc to show what I'm dealing with
  4. Well, after having the car in a garage for 2 hours hunting for this darn air leak... I finally found it but I couldn't fix it as the garage was closing and I didn't want to fool it up and then not be able to sort it. The garage manager didn't charge me for using his ramps which is awesome. So, the leak seems to be on the drivers side turbo outlet pipe. The silicone coupler has a jubilee clip which seems to have come off the silicone bit. It's pretty impossible to get at from under the car but I can get my hand down from the top but can't get the jubilee clip back on. I'm guessing ill have to pull the pipe off and then get the jubilee clip on the silicone before putting it back on. Just hoping ill be able to do it. Looks a bit of a pig to be honest but the only other option looks like you'd have to drop the engine down. Daft thing is, you wouldn't even know there was a leak under normal driving, drives fine, idles fine. I'm guessing this could be why it stalls sometimes after being on boost but I fairly drive it hard.
  5. Lol. Well, after having the car in a garage for 2 hours hunting for an air leak... I finally found it but I couldn't fix it as the garage was closing. To be fair though, the garage manager didn't charge me for using his ramps which is awesome.
  6. So what do you think? Wanna sponsor me haha
  7. If I had my car mapped and boost controller and that done I'd seriously consider it... But don't want to risk any damage until then
  8. I think it's a marvellous idea. Saves people running there cars in to the ground lol. I've been debating on doing this for the last couple of years. I've been waiting ages to see jaffas car in the flesh
  9. Noel - You should do free mapping sessions for the entrants so they don't below up their cars lol
  10. Where does it say that? Or has the ad been changed? I can see he said he'd done the mods himself
  11. Probably never find em lol
  12. Do the supplement have much in though?
  13. I was thinking it looks like a worth while investment
  14. I'm just wondering what you all think of these. I think It looks like it's quite good. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/High-Definition-Inspection-Camera-Wifi-Endoscope-1M-Cable-Android-8-5mm-6-LED-/191474694579?&_trksid=p2056016.m2516.l5255
  15. FINALLY after all these years - Found a service manual for sale on fleabay and bought it. Been looking for one at a decent price for years and although it looks quite worn etc, I got it for £12.01 (plus delivery taking it to £20).
  16. I like it
  17. Will have to leave it a few days to check I guess but seemed ok this morning
  18. So, was looking round the car following last night and noticed the door wasn't very flush which might explain the windows letting in in the above picture. This was the best I could get it And here's the same window again when I got home tonight
  19. Yeah the turbos would have the normal inlet and outlet. They don't have an actuator which is where the normal vac lines are to control boost etc, instead this is on the external wastegates so there's a vac pipe or 2 on them I believe. Just wish I had a way of getting under the car, I've jock a trolley jack but no axle stands etc. Been thinking about getting some wood and building some ramps. In regards to the compressor, I was pretty sure it wouldn't be up to the job of building up any pressure, but that being said, with the addition of the smoke, it did point out a leak (just the one). Is there any small and portable compressors you can buy that would be good enough? Thinking it'd be worth having as I'm often doing boost leak tests (normally at petrol stations).
  20. Thought there'd be more guesses lol. I'll struggle to get under the car sadly as I don't really have a safe enough driveway so I'll need to get it to a garage at some point.
  21. Do we think this could be the problem?
