  1. First question, why do you NEED to change them?
  2. Darwin. The flat ones don't breed too well.
  3. I'm not intending on getting it but let's just consider two points, young people are actually going outside and socialising! Also the concept is pretty revolutionary, a video game that actually traces the real world and not only encourages but requires you to travel about and psyically do something. Purely from a technological point it's pretty awesome. I expect we will start to see more of this kinda tech, I expect lessons will be learned but it's interesting tech.
  4. If you go back to post #82 that should explain a few things. I'm going to sit down tonight on the laptop and sort out things out nice and clear as there seems to be some confusions. You guys can add to the rolling list by copying and pasting, however il update the main list tonight over the three clubs involved.
  5. I know mate, possibly being a bit flippant but I think you'd agree rot on or near a seatbelt mount is something that requires attention very quickly lol.
  6. Ah yeah I see it now. Anything like that don't hesitate to PM me, suggestions and events etc. I miss posts like that quite often. I'm busy guy.
  7. How we structure meets could be reviewed and it's something I've suggested before. Next meet on the banner for example. Implementing this though is a different matter. The trouble is as we all know virtually every meet you sort out falls on its face. Beaulieu is incredibly successful each year but mini meets not so much. Hopefully Howard's box hill run will be a success too. Two South central meets in cession months.
  8. Where was this posted? "Quote Originally Posted by NemesizX View Post If anyone has details for the beullie, can you forward them to me please as if I can attend, I will..(@Stephen)" All the info for Beaulieu is here, all six pages; http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?184419-Simply-japanese-2016!!!&highlight=Simply+Japanese
  9. Something I'm still umming and arring about. The weight loss and lower ratio seem great. However traction is already the limiting factor in acceleration unless conditions are perfect. I do think (especially considering I just refreshed the rear frame) that the input effort and cost won't be worth the real world gains. It's not like you can throw it on in 10 minutes and give it a bash. Plus the fact if I blow up an R230 I can pick one up for beer tokens, and I'd deserve a medal (there strong as ****) I gave my spare away, R200s cost a few quid.
  10. Firstly well done for sorting your ticket. The premeet is going to still happen but because of the format change there will be less of us taking part. I currently haven't been given any further information by Beaulieu in respect to these exhibitor passes, I can only assume they will be a generic print out affair, but confusing as they sell tickets on the day...I will have to start chasing them if I get no further information in the coming days.
  11. You lil rippa!
  12. I guess it could, from what I understand though failures pretty rare, I would of thought you'd still get boost as well just be a very laggy delivery. The chances of them both failing. I think Jimmer said, pop the turbo outlet off and see if it blows out of it.
  13. Well done bud, good to see you trying things out.
  14. Odd. I ran through it myself yesterday to check and it worked fine. You selected a ticket right?
  15. Don't worry, I'm sure these old tin boxes will give you the opportunity.
  16. Yeah but to roughly 7psi, ie waste gate pressure. Which is like half a bar, your getting 0.1? Run your ECU codes see if you getting code 34 or not.
  17. A Grubby bolt from my grubby hand to a clean bolt in your clean hand. Haha. That thing you PM'd me about, it's possibly closer to you than me. Cheers anyway.
  18. Sadly I think you might be right. Mine sounded like a scooby with one popped off.
  19. "Nearside seat belt anchorage prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (5.2.6)" Surely that's one of those yes or no issues, it's either rusty and of concern or not rusty and not of concern. It's a seatbelt mount!
  20. I know mate, but you wouldn't be the first.
  21. You are doing this under load right? Not free revving? This is s mechanical vacuum gauge yeah? If you genuinely cannot make more than 0.1bar then you either have a major boost leak, inter cooler pipe popped off etc or you have a seized turbo.
  22. Do a boost leak test, you've move a lot about.
  23. You doing it through here? https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/checkout/cart/configure/id/186213/
  24. Good to hear Howard.
