  1. Way over priced imo. Whilst it looks ok, that rot is a labour intensive job, it certainly needs a damn good service as well by the sounds of it. If you were paying for labour for the bodywork and engine work the purchase price of that is gone. If you were seriously looking if be tucking another grand or two aside and keep looking for a much cleaner car. Few years back that car would be for breaking and you'd be lucky to get £1k let alone 3.
  2. Can't say 100% but yeah that looks like the one.
  3. You can use one off a pathfinder or xtrail I believe it is, it's been a few years. They are normally available through Euro car parts.
  4. Clutch cover; http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=cl&slide=15 Should be able to find the flywheel the same way.
  5. Fair enough, hope you got it for beer tokens.
  6. You gonna change the filter?
  7. Looks like the rear portion of the sill to me. With the inner and outer rotten. Your going to be cutting a lot out of that before your done kiddo.
  8. Fingers crossed.
  9. Too far for me but good luck. Looks like a nice event.
  10. No Tasch for me. I'd look pretty stupid if I just shaved my actual one though.
  11. Yup. It's just a pipe with fins though.
  12. Your cars a UK one anyways right? The pipe works all there, just upgrade the dinky one at the front.
  13. You did grease them and they're not binding are they? Mines crashy but it's pretty extreme. Most of the polybush horror stories are down to poor application.
  14. I renewed with Footman James yesterday, which I didn't expect to be fun. All miss declared, total cost £246.
  15. Thought you already had a 99 spec front sat waiting?
  16. I know the bit you mean. The little aluminium piece that bolts to the block.
  17. Well done buddy and good luck.
  18. Did you fit the seal the right way round?
  19. I know, I saw it on the trailer on the motorway. Pretty car.
  20. Odd. I kinda deliberately went for the 500ftlb range as a longer term investment parts wise. It's a single plate, not a puck clutch or anything.
  21. I have a stage 2 CC rated to 550ftlb. It's held up well for a few years now, quite heavy when the engines off.
  22. That would be good Gaz. The event is growing at a real rate both for us and Beaulieu themselves. It's always been a group clumping between here, Zclub and 350Uk under Zclubs name due to the wide model mix. Next year there will be a slight change in that it will officially become "300zx club invites Zclub and 350uk to Simply Japanese 2017".
  23. There was plenty of appetite for this event at Simply, it's fast approaching too. So get your damned names down and enjoy yourselves. If I was in the country I'd be going.
  24. The owner of said NSX can be seen bottom right, hands on hips with rather excitingly coloured trainers. - - - Updated - - - Only one way to solve that I'm afraid...
