  1. That's a shit. Have you done compression/leak down?
  2. Just had confirmation of my response and we are all systems go.
  3. Have you splashed out for a night at the C*****n G**n?
  4. Every time you dispair with Trump, cast your mind back to that photo of Bush with the binoculars backwards. Or his address of the United States of England land or whatever he called us.
  5. A sign of good things in my opinion. "The special relationship" took a beating during Obamas administration.
  6. Should that read "I can't believe how expensive zcentre are." Jokes aside the exchange rate is pretty poor at present, it's been crap against the dollar for ages. Remember before the crash, when it was like $2 to the £. Haven't caught the full story today but it looks like T and the Don have sorted a few things out trade wise so hopefully the tax will drop if nothing else.
  7. It's a national event bud so of corse your welcome. If you want to wipe off the coal dust before you cross the M4 though that would be great. I would assume your planning on a stop over down here, there's plenty of hotels etc being in a national park.
  8. I was looking at my bumper the other day (it's in the spare room) and thought, I wonder what those are... be useful for my splitter. Well il be damned that's pretty much exactly what they are for.
  9. I'm pleased to announce I received an email this morning from the organisers of Simply Japanese at Beauleiu National Motor Musuem, it confirmed that they beginning to request attendance from the clubs. So we have been invite to log our interest in the event, to be held on Sunday July the 30th. I've currently booked a space for 40 cars. This thread will continue to update and I look forward to another successful event. Current list; From 300zx.co.uk; 1. Stephen 2. AndrewG 3. Funkysi 4. (adl) phoenix 5. GSC60 6. Veilside01702 7. 10. If you have the early NA ones, Ferret out some R32 GTR calipers and discs. Pretty common, easy to get it's for and a slight upgrade over the TT stoppers. If you do go TT I've got some drilled and grooved discs that are no use to me now. Some surface rust but £10+ post and you can have them.
  11. http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=81869 Should help.
  12. Can't say for sure as I've got solids (v harsh) the poly I believe you retain the outer race of the stock bearing. There is a write up somewhere I'm sure.
  13. One thing I wish I'd done with mine is cavity wax the frame. Have you decided what your doing about the diff and sub frame bushes?
  14. Cool, looks like a few interested parties. Let's start looking at date/location options. Then we can make enquiries and make a list. I'm happy to take lead with the organisation, bear with me though for obvious reasons. Be really good to get a few members out to stretch our legs a bit rather than another static show. We have plenty of those.
  15. Always good to have the expert on board.
  16. I'm just tight in general Pete
  17. I did intend to do Japfest' track time option. However last year the ticket sales were very quick and we don't appear to have much interest in the event this year.
  18. When it's worth selling to buy something significantly better
  19. No vom yet, the poo is more like bovril at this stage.
  20. nope the zed stays, I brought a nice new reliable Skoda with all the crap like ISO fixes about a year or so ago for that very reason.
  21. Well the little gay washers turned up yesterday and my purple air filter today. In other arrivals, a long awaited thing happened. I've had a total of 4 hours of broken sleep over the last 60 hours, an ambulance ride as our local hospital didn't have the facilities, me the wife who is about 8 stone with a few bricks in her pocket and daughter number one arrived at a whole 8.10lb. Hence the erherm, extra medicinal attention All home safely at 3am this morning. Tired. No parts being fitted this week
  22. Take it in your Z, the examiner will be distracted and you will pass. Worked for my mate in a stripped out caged mini.
  23. I meant time wise rather than mirror signal manovre issues
  24. Some very varied prices at brands aren't there. There's a new one available in Exeter but it looks like they are only doing experience days at present. Castle Combe often available but quite expensive. - - - Updated - - - Driving liecence issues?
