I belive theres two ways to do it baz, the cheap way which involes cutting and welding the downpipe. And the the external wastegate way. The former sounds like a huge boost leak the latter makes the jet engine noise you want.

generally i think its set up to run on the rev, ie once you hit x amount of revs its automatically injected if its on. gotta get it set up proeprly though as if its not melted pistons etc and decreased engine life are in the books. best left to the professionals to fit. i think bobgiene has noz?

yeah loadsa people, thats mostly how they get done i think your just unlucky partly as yours are partially rusted arnt they? ive got mine to do very very soon. i have read that doing it with the gearbox as i will be makes life 100xs easier.

im not talking about running them in series btw, so they would be processing only half what they normally do. so restriction should be reduced not increased if you see what i mean. i thought about this quite quickly.

has anyone ever thought about running two stock side mounted intercoolers in parrel. ie two stock ones per turbo. the idea of increased sized sidemounts is obv to increase cooling via exposure and to allow easier flow thus reducing resistance. if you can t them so each stock one process half the air amount as per normal their would be half the restriction and twice cooling capacity....... any input guys? i recon theres room in there.....
