  13. chrome is whack! get the bolts out have the whiole wheel powder coated a single metallic colour, and drop in some nice anodised bolts. chrome is a pain in the ass, and it doesnt soon a zed imo.
  14. Its probally the metal hard pipe behind the rubber ones on the top hose they rust out over time.
  15. its prob a 2.0 they do look tiny lol, but they are very deep. long stroke i spose really plus the cylinder is longer than the stroke, and teh sump pans hold about 8 litres of oil!

  19. i did this, spoke to jeff who explained teh lower arm is a deliberate weak point to stop the subframe from shitting the bed. one you get the wheel off and start stripping it all apart you will probally find far less damage than you expected. i suppose the same s probally true of the front its just time and money, easy to fix though. hopefully. ******* didnt even stop grrrrr
  20. you dont need a link mate hes on here a fair bit, buisness is called powerzed, and heres the link anyways. http://www.powerzed.com/
  21. if you wantto rebuild etc then jimmer who is based in bristol so prety conveient for you is the top man to speak to. there is also japfest coming up on in two weekends time and there will be plently of zeds there so you can have a look round and talk to some owners, welcome to the club.
  22. Bushes are shagged in the front by the sounds of it. Front tension arms are popular for crap handling and excessive camber
  23. Didnt you end up with a set of these on the red zed you swapped with vs jim? you probally could adapt the bubs but itwould be expensive. Hib adaptors as said but its not really worth it by the time you forked out yousent what you saved!
