  1. What id do is pop off the 90 take a coat hanger with a folded over end and poke around gently till I dislodged it, then use my flexible stick with a sting magnet to pull it out. With a cold sweaty stress all the while.
  2. You won't get that bolt on the manifold it's a dick to do that one up with the engine out. Your best undoing the four that hold the exhaust housing onto the manifold. If you dropped it down the front housing, that's aluminium. Unless you've pushed it, it can't really jam anywhere. Your potentially a bit snookered here. Even with the tub off you will more than likely have to remove the front housing with is a horrible little job, to force it out.
  3. Is this engine in the bay or out.....? What side is it stuck in the exhaust or inlet?
  4. That's what mine was doing, the plugs were old and shitty, I fitted the correct new plugs and it pulls like a train all the way now.
  5. I've got silicone from china, no problems other tan having to trim it down, that's more to do with my radiator though. Been on there 3+ years. I think the real answer is anything is better than 20+ year old rubber.
  6. That's a bloody good idea, they need to be disassembled to be refurbed properly anyways. Probably best to use the two new centres and two old rims.
  7. You gotta do your bargaining to be able to play cars half the weekend lol
  8. Yes but there's a priority list today Fishing Breakfast Shopping Lunch Shopping Wash car
  9. They should be preset, are they defiantly the stock plugs? It doesn't give the model number on that advert. Are you running stock boost levels? Why do you think it's the new plugs?
  10. Rep points are their to show how popular you are :p
  11. Read the post I put up this morning "the 6 p's" it will tell you the fuel pressure etc. are you trying to say your unsure the power you have been told is correct?
  12. Yeah just trace the fluid, don't forget to look behind the carpet under the steering collum often that's the only evidence the master is leaking. Both master and slave fail esp after fitting an aftermarket clutch.
  13. I do agree with you there simon, im allergic to orange in any and all forms its a pet hate! However when smoked slightly to hide the amber and only give it when the side markers are on, it gives quite a pleasing look. Tint the damn things if your gonna fit them.
  14. That's what I thought, as well as the person it's written by isn't just some "think he knows" so the information is nice and reliable.
  15. Below is a link to tt.net it outlines the 6 ps, with pictures. It's written by ash one of the best zed heads in the world. Ideal for newbies to the z32 who want to give there car a health check. http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=922678&forum=technical&dtSearch=0

Too many people forget the Internet isn't real life. Yeah I'm on here a lot but I do a lot of waiting, both at work and in my own time. I'm currently sat behind my rods on this beautiful evening waiting for the rod to wrap over. This just fills some time between bites.

Mate the most popular website in the world currently, is a bunch of people letting us know what they had for breakfast. Not content with this they now photograph it for you! This should not surprise you.
  20. I'm not easily impressed by super cars these days, but the aventador is something else. If you haven't seen one yet I urge you to seek one out and peer through the layers of glass over engine bay, observe the sheer functionality of the thing. Honestly they are like a spaceship. If you get the chance to hear one in real life holly he'll they sound awesome.
  21. As said by gaz and joel measure the disc thickness, that Is the decided factor, discs with a lip can be machined back flat but its the thickness that would be taken into consideration as the official life of the disc itself.

Upto speed now, things have been going very well I thought and I think its great to see you posting over here about things. Your input is greatly appreciated, as are your projects. It would be a shame to fall out over something so trivial. Your participance over here is a great step forward to being able to have meets occurring between both groups and a united scene.
