  1. Check the connections, check for he click, check for spark. Ohm injector and check plug coloration.
  2. Doesn't matter what bike it is, when your in a car and start pulling on a bike the face is priceless!
  3. Oh it's easy enough you just crank the engine over with the fuel relay out so it doesn't start, keep going till oil is flicking round the heads viewed through the oil filler cap. Once more for luck then you should be good.
  4. That is one of the worst bloody jobs you can do on these cars so well done be proud. DO NOT forget to prime the oil line again before firing up or you will kill that turbo fairly quickish.
  5. Great to see you all, lovey excuse to stretch the legs.
  6. Do you have astmospheric bovs? These can cause this kind of issue. First things first is do a boat leak test check the tos voltage and make sure the idle is set correctly.
  7. Il actually be coming in from ringwood as were dropping the dog off there for the day, so I may well see you on route
  8. Ahh cheers jeff, any need to unplug that auto ecu other than this?
  9. On start up I get a flashing light, aswel actually. Power is the one illuminated, it's done it since I converted to manual I assumed that was the cause.
  10. What id do is pop off the 90 take a coat hanger with a folded over end and poke around gently till I dislodged it, then use my flexible stick with a sting magnet to pull it out. With a cold sweaty stress all the while.
  11. You won't get that bolt on the manifold it's a dick to do that one up with the engine out. Your best undoing the four that hold the exhaust housing onto the manifold. If you dropped it down the front housing, that's aluminium. Unless you've pushed it, it can't really jam anywhere. Your potentially a bit snookered here. Even with the tub off you will more than likely have to remove the front housing with is a horrible little job, to force it out.
  12. Is this engine in the bay or out.....? What side is it stuck in the exhaust or inlet?
  13. That's what mine was doing, the plugs were old and shitty, I fitted the correct new plugs and it pulls like a train all the way now.
  14. I've got silicone from china, no problems other tan having to trim it down, that's more to do with my radiator though. Been on there 3+ years. I think the real answer is anything is better than 20+ year old rubber.
  15. That's a bloody good idea, they need to be disassembled to be refurbed properly anyways. Probably best to use the two new centres and two old rims.
  16. You gotta do your bargaining to be able to play cars half the weekend lol
  17. Yes but there's a priority list today Fishing Breakfast Shopping Lunch Shopping Wash car
  18. They should be preset, are they defiantly the stock plugs? It doesn't give the model number on that advert. Are you running stock boost levels? Why do you think it's the new plugs?
  19. Rep points are their to show how popular you are :p
  20. Read the post I put up this morning "the 6 p's" it will tell you the fuel pressure etc. are you trying to say your unsure the power you have been told is correct?
  21. Yeah just trace the fluid, don't forget to look behind the carpet under the steering collum often that's the only evidence the master is leaking. Both master and slave fail esp after fitting an aftermarket clutch.
