  1. Don't they have a habit of blowing hg aswel?
  2. There were loads of nice looking clean na's when I was buying mine, my dad kept suggesting them. I knew I had to get a tt, if I had got an na I'd be wishing I got a tt. Same with my old car I had a 2l but always wanted the 2.8
  3. Highlights it beautifully, I'm pretty sure jeff isn't a fan of the gates either.
  4. I checked it its actually the A371 at castle carry train station. Fricking annoying where ever it is lol.
  5. Firstly buy one lol. Secondly yeah just come along and support the club.
  6. Oh it's already wired up just dunno if it's working :)
  7. Just invade anyone's planning on going that way the a37 is closed ATM about half way up, no diversion nothing. Grrr
  8. Il have a chat with my mate see if we can get data scan on the go. If I can't be doing with the neutral switch can I just set the base timing to 25 btdc. What I'm more concerned with is working out accurately what my timing is as I have I timing marks on the crank pulley.
  9. It's my understanding that when the car is put in gear the timing should change. This should be noticeable on the rev counter, well it's not. Revs raise when you depress the clutch then stay the same as you select a gear. Trouble is my bottom pulley has no marks on it.... So what should I do first?
  10. The fsm recommends 5psi, this is because your pressurising part of the system that operates under vacuum only during running conditions. As a result of that you will be applying positive pressure to the heads and oil system via the breather system. If your pcvs are deleted this is irrelivant. It's those two tubes that connect from the cam covers to the accordion pipes that cause the issue. Over pressurising 20+ year old seals is a bad idea.
  11. I'm working up there so il be in the caddy. I don't actually know what I'm doing there yet, something to do with output pumps.....vague lol.
  12. I'm up your way tomorrow Si, place called Congresbury.
  13. Right, I got myself on the phone to Luke. After a bit of a chat I explained its defiantly not been melted, he came out with two points. First check that is the actual issue, second if it is a faulty line he will honour a warranty. On his suggestion I pelled back the carpet under the steering Collin to reveal a damp mark. Back on the phone master cylinder repair kit was on my door with a text message service keeping me upto date on its progress, through its 48 hour joinery. Swapped it all out sorted. I know a few don't get on with zcentre and we all moan about the post but il give him his dues seriously couldn't of been more helpfull.
  14. It's got a club sticker, I seem to remember some posts about it. I'm free Saturday morning lets go view it rob :)
  15. Again I'm possibly interested dependant of dates and finances.
  16. Once zeds are going, on the open road they do pull pretty good. It's that damn 0-40 part that's slow. I have to say Aston really bore me now, those and r8s must be some of the most popular performance cars, I see less m5s than r8s. Lets be honest you buy a car like that for Prestiege if it was purely about the performance there's a long list of things you would part with your money for. I did see an aventador the other week now that thing just blows your mind, mind you they should for that money.
  17. I say good luck to you, as for the silly low suspension, they might be adjustable.
  18. Mjp is a trader on here good prices and very knowledgeable if you find you need a gasket.
  19. That's something I'm going to do. Wire up the aircon fan with a thermostat to kick in, also rig up a direct vent to my oil cooler.
  20. Convert to a Tarus Efan and free up even more space haha
  21. Are you the same person?
  22. As Pete says its got an important job, the yanks recon running without on an aftermarket is about the same as a stock rad. If you leave it off your just spinning engine bay air.
