temperature issue with '88 z31 turbo
This will be the white one in lanarkshire then? Saw the ad on another zed site last week. Post a thread up on zclub.net as well as there are a few folk on there with good knowledge of the z31 (I have an NA and the guys on there have helped out a few times), vast majority of folk on here are z32 owners.

Anyone ever ordered from ConceptZ or similar instead of sourcing over here? Does it work out much cheaper? http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=434&Car_Type=NIS300&UID=2012020714534292.30.95.71

Clio 172
I just bought a 51 plate the other day to do me as a stop gap after binning the jeep. Its got plenty of guts and appears to have endless grip in the bends, feels a lot bigger and more planted when you're in it.

Rear camber arms
Cool, cheers for the input folks. That's what I was getting at really, I know they will fit because they came off a zed a couple of days ago, its whether they would be strong enough on the zed which I suspect is not the case. Cheers

Rear camber arms
Yeh anyones that I've seen fitted look like the loop type but I'm just wondering if these are another make than driftworks, and are meant to be like this. I've found another couple that look like this but whether these are just stock photos and not their actual z32 ones I don't know. These were already powder coated green to match the tein parts so I don't know if they are driftworks for sure. spl - https://www.splparts.com/store/product-info.php?pid249.html battle version - http://www.misteeno.com/bavereupcoar1.html

Rear camber arms
I got some suspension arms that came off a zed (fitted but never driven) and the camber arms look like the driftworks R33 ones, I've had a search and I've seen SPL ones like these listed for z32 (but that could even have been a standard photo they use for camber arms regardless of fitment) does anyone else have camber arms like mine on their zed? Mine are this style - http://www.driftworks.com/shop/car-parts/suspension/adjustable-arms/driftworks-adjustable-arms/driftworks-camber-arms-s14-s15-r33.html Instead of - http://www.driftworks.com/shop/car-parts/suspension/adjustable-arms/driftworks-adjustable-arms/driftworks-camber-arms-s13-r32-z32.html

New speakers all round?
Quick easy job to get door trim off, guide here http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/tech/trim/doortrim.htm The speaker wire is pretty poor though and that's a bit more awkward to replace.

My lads car insurance
Get Fully Comp quotes...again it makes no sense, but everytime I get a quote its cheaper for that than TPFT. Another tip is to go with someone like Admiral (or any of their sister companies like Bell and Elephant) as they offer 10 month policies instead of 12, obviously its cheaper because you are paying for 2 months less, plus it gives you a full years no claims bonus 2 months sooner so you get renew with a discounted price after 10 months with them or any other company.

Bl@#dy Windscreen!
You can see in this photo what it looks like when they don't match, was like this when I got it and it bugs me! Its an import so bronze tint, but windscreen obviously been replaced at somepoint and has the blue tint.

Rear lights Isolator
Can't say its a mod I would ever do but if you do go ahead it might be an idea to hook it up to an LED on the dash - set it up so that the LED flashes when you have the rear lights off, that way the flashing LED will serve as a remider to you that you need to hit the button again to put lights back on when you are clear of the camera, would be easy to forget to put them back on otherwise and could result in a rear ender or a pull from plod for having no lights showing at the rear.
