Not GTS or GTST. GTR only. Possibly the very rare gtst-4 (gtst with 4wd), although I have not seen these so cant be sure.

coilovers???
yeh the rear bottom mounts on the GTR and GTS are completly differnent. The GTR has a forked mount The GTS has a bushing Bottom mounts - Forked on left. Bushing on right :http://www.coiloversdirect.co.uk/images/uploads/V-Maxx/Audi-A4-Coilovers-60AU01.jpg (not Skyline/300zx coilovers, just an example of bottom mount difference) btw - 300zx/GTR and GTST front bottom mounts are both bushing type, so their should be 2 fronts with bushing lower mount, and 2 rears with forked bushing mount. The fronts are a different length, but you wont be able to tell that from pics.

Problem with new perspex strip...
He sells the brakelight version too, just does'nt advertise it on website. But for the non-brake light version.... Zcentre Perspex Panel = £55 VAT = £11 Delivery = £12 Total = £78 Nissan Dealer - Prices depend on dealer network chain Total = £42 - £52 all inclusive (my local dealer sells them for £44)

Problem with new perspex strip...
The clips are in the wrong place, but you just remove them - dont need them. Im not sure that you mean with the other problems, never had any of those issues before. You want to bond it, and bolt it on at at each end and the two either side of brake light. re: Zcentre - I dont know about the brake light version, but the non-brake light version is a rip off, nearly twice the price of what it is from Nissan dealer - and no worries about damage by courier if you buy from Nissan.

coilovers???
Make sure its from the R32 GTR, and not the GTS though. Only the GTR version fits.

Low oil pressure
Spot on (as usual ) Oil pressure is all down to the Big end and Conrod bearings. Low oil level too or a problem with collection at the pickup. Unfortunatly The VG is suseptical to oil starvation under high cornering forces due to its relatively small sump and oil pick up location, even more so when oil level is anything below max. This will quickly lead to finding your rod sticking out the side of your block. How did you know it was the pump that failed ?

Falken ZE912 vs FK452 Tyres
No Personal experience of the ZE912, but it is an All weather tyre with a lower wear rating than the fk452, which means its a harder compound. The FK452 is a performance summer tyre. In theory then it wont have as much ultimate dry grip as the Fk452, but will last longer and should be better in wet weather. There are a lot of Professional Tyre reviews and comparisons on the net, there may be one for ZE912 somewhere.

Strut Braces do these look any good
Still just for decoration though, and costs the same as a Proper Strut brace like the Powertrix.
-
Thinking of buying turbo or not?
Depends on what you are hoping from the Car - in terms of performance, tuneablity, reliablity, cost ...etc
-
Strut Braces do these look any good
Them ones. You want a solid one piece unit, with no hinges. If you want proper functional strut braces, then its going to cost. These are probably the cheapest proper strut braces you can get : Strut Bar Tower SET - Powertrix http://www.powertrix.com/agoracart55/agora.cgi?cart_id=884.15617&product=Z32_300ZX&user4=Suspension (near bottom of page) They are replica Carbing Braces.

Strut Braces do these look any good
Very cheap, but they are nothing but decoration.

Someone please buy this!
Since you were looking at S15's and 350z's, why not go for a later model SWB 300zx TT manual, rather than an older LWB TT It says he fitted a Series 3 interior. Which means : Suede trim Two electric seats Leather arm rests on doors belts on Doors My only concern would be to inspect the work done for fitting the belts. There is no threaded hole in place, so it should have a threaded plate welded in place if done properly.

how many miles has your vg engine lasted
no, not true. There are lots of these urban myths like these. Cars in Japan do tend to have lower mileage, simply due to it being such a populated small country where Public transport is much more convenient.
-
how many miles has your vg engine lasted
No technical reason for Jap vs UK. Its just that your more likely to have service history, tracing vehicle mileage with a UK model, and there is less opportunity. With an Import, the majority are first sold here with no Service history , so no proof of mileage and they tend to have far more "opportunity" as : The clocks are often removed to fit a MPH convertor or somebody fits a set of UK Clocks or Nismo Clocks ..and when doing so will most likely alter the mileage to match the original...or less... There is a proper way and a crude way. Either way is very simple to do,the crude way taking no more than a few seconds when you have the clocks out. You also have to take into account that not all imports are fresh from japan. Many will live in other countries first, like Malaysia, , before being exported to the UK some years alater and Im sure dealers would be very tempted to alter the mileage back down to the typical expect "60k miles" that imports are renowned for. Im not personally aware of any difference in the milometer of later models.
