  1. You will still get charged VAT (on items over £37) if marked as gift
  2. Yep, Trevz. Parks there for work everyday.
  3. As old_zed says find out whats included for the cambelt change. At a minimum you want : Cambelt Rubber water pipes Auxillery belts Water pump Thermostat other options include : Crank seals Cam seals Tensioner Idler pulleys
  4. £50 each , fronts lot more popular than rear so may get a little more for that
  5. That was my point....the Z33 was not an evolution of the Z32, but if it had been then this new GTR is it. Although im Extremely surprised/shocked what you said about build quality, as that was always one area that was a real disappointment for me with the Z33 in comparison to the Z32.
  6. There are examples out there running over 500 fwhp on stock internals , its all about the mapping. Stock pistons will melt very quickly at that power if you get any detonation. Piston ring lands are a weak point on high mileage internals. Although If I were choosing between a GTO, Soarer and Zed I would'nt be basing it on Engine internal strength, but more on what I want for a car as they are all very different. The Soarer is a soft luxury cruiser, the GTO is a heavyweight 4wd coupe and the 300zx is a RWD Sports car.
  7. Except its not a skyline ;) GTR is no longer a Skyline, Its a whole new seperate car. IMO its the car the 350z should of been
  8. Replacing stock intercoolers will have an affect on power, as the stock intercoolers are restrictive and dont offer adequate cooling above stock boost pressure.
  9. yes, no problems. Jap does have oil cooler (its in rad) so oil pipes are still there and the Power/hold stuff is to to do with autobox ECU. Boxes are the same.
  10. When I first saw it, my impressions were that it looked more Z'ish than skyline.
  11. Presume thats NA only...or at least that pic is for NA version only and they do a different TT version ?
  12. i would say its different on every zed as the fuel gauge is'nt any more reliable than the oil pressure and boost gauges ;)
  13. A good quality Semi synthetic 10w-40 and a Nissan OEM oil filter.
  14. Series 2 started in late 92. But can not always rely on that as it goes on date of manufacturer, whereas Reg number is on date of first registration....and if its a Jap import the DVLA often make mistakes with years when imported
  15. They will usually fetch a higher price, if that helps. Worth considerably more than a average LWB for example. More buyers maybe looking for a Targa, but somebody specifically looking for a slicktop will pay more for it.
  16. Try some lifter treatment in it too. Available most motor factors and halfords.
  17. The oil cools as its diverted away from the heatsource(gearbox) before circulating back around again, but no way near as efficient as a proper cooler.
  18. I'd agree with that! Slicktop does have the exclusivity and best performance/base for a track car, but If I wanted a zed for the road only that would probably be my choice for the added summer pose factor.
  19. about £50 usually , but yeah prob go cheaper on ebay
  20. Its pretty much all the same labour, so for about £30 for a new belt it would be silly not to replace it at same time
  21. http://www.supercars.net/cars/1391.html
  22. R390  Whole different league to the NSX, wasn't it like close to £500k new or something like that?
  23. I would'nt leave the Radiator oil cooler still connected. You;ve got the 80 degree+ constant ambient temp of the Coolant having an affect, and vice versa. All it is inside the rad is a straight piece of pipe between the entrance and exit points.
  24. Not sure, although it looks like the standard White (326), rather than pearl white in your sig.
